We went here to buy some supplies for our 10 acres farm. Booker the cashier is excellent. Customer service is excellent. The young lady helped us out to find some things. She was very very helpful. If you go here know that some customers refuse to wear a mask to help out Booker the cashier and the young lady who works there so that when they go home to their family they will be safe. Have been using curbside pick up for over a year. Ordered supplies this AM and got text it was ready for pickup. Got there, checked in and waited and waited. Rechecked in after 10 min. Associate comes out and says she thought another employee had brought items out then asked if I wanted hatch closed. Asked where the rest of my purchase was as only half was visible. Informed they don't carry those items any more. I asked why I wasn't notified before making the 15+ mile trip and response was "We removed them from your order." Well how nice of them to not charge me for merchandise they don't have! Asked why they didn't contact me as they texted me pick up was ready. No answer. Will not ne using them again. read more

The older man reading a newspaper at c/s desk walked off without a word when I asked for help. This is the 2nd time in 6mos since store opened that he's done this(in 2 store visits). Im all for hiring seniors but they should be willing & able to do the job. I was offended & the young clerk had to help me then run back to unjam the horribly backlogged registers(being run by Mr Personality/Hustle). I ordered 4Health dog food on their web site and while the food is acceptable their shipping department is not. I certainly credit the carrier for the destruction of the package but believe if it were packed better there would have been less damage. If this were an isolated incident I would let it pass but this is commonplace when ordering their dog food. The shipping container is much too large and there is no packing material at all. I have tried to complain to them directly via their web site but they reject my reviews saying they do not meet their standards. For some reason it appears that if the review is not 4 or 5 star it will not make it onto their web site. read more

Bought a tool box almost 3 years ago, had an issue with the box brought it in and Logan the sales rep and the manager with the flame tattoo on his arm helped me out, so friendly and helpful I'll be spending the extra 400 bucks on the better brand tool box because of them. Lots of parking available. Large store with lots of supplies. You can get pet supplies, seeds for your garden, boots, some clothes, lots of fix it items, thermometers, animal magazines, cookbooks, and yes even baby chicks. We were looking a little lost and an employee asked us if she could help. Anything we asked for she could lead us right to it. The cashier was very friendly. To bad I don't live closer. I think I would find myself going back quite often. On second thought, maybe it's good I don't live closer. I need grain free dog food for my dog with health issues. Tractor supply offers a brand called for health that is affordable and comes in many varieties. The white fish and potato have been keeping my boxers colitis in line and I'm more than happy it's also fun to look around the store the baby chicks and all the fun farm items they have including birdfeeders horse items and many many more. I only wish there was one closer to Land O Lakes. I also love the outdoor furniture they have including rain chains and yard art. read more

I usually drive down to shop at this store. It is farther away then the closer Brooksville Tractor Supply store near my home. Today I went to the store in Brooksville and I can tell you I will not make that mistake again. I just want the staff at New Port Richey to know how outstanding you all are. I have been shoping with you all for 8 years and you have always been friendly and helpful when needed. I have consulted and bought fencing through your store, livestock gates, troffs, feed, tack, dog good and more. Anytime I needed help I was treated with respect and care to my needs.
