This store has been a go to for us for over ten years, they have lost a customer for life. If you are going to shop here with clothes you purchased from them in the past, carry your receipt. These folks sold us an "8 month" old puppy they claimed was the offspring of 2 dogs from their past…read morerescues. Pretty sure they spade and neuter both as protocol. However, the dog was much older and despite loving our family, was vicious to strangers and, by the behest of local cops, had to eventually be euthanized after severely biting neighborhood children. They lied about age, trauma and lineage. The toll on my family won't go unnoticed. Since then, we'll only adopt from foster families. Not worth worrying about whether or not some angst ridden caretaker kicked the kennel or physically abused an animal. It's a liability people should examine. Now, I'm the happy human of 2 beautiful and kind dogs adopted from loving families. These pups were treated MUCH BETTER as they should (and it shows) Gor now we live with the trauma of LRHS' deception.

So, I spent $700 on 2 recliners and received a $700 gift card (essentially getting them for free!). But, what really stood out was the customer service at the Ossipee store. Jessica and Jared went out of their way to help me get the recliners into my car (had to make 2 trips). Even though I measured, the boxes were too big. Jessica and Jared took the recliners out of the boxes and put them in my car! They were wonderful. I will definitely order again and continue to be a regular customer. Thank you so much!! I love NH!
