Suzanne came by for a meet and greet at my house to see how everything would go and what things she would need to know. The amount of services that are offered both in the home and at Suzy's are great to have especially in the area around Berville and Armada where there isn't a great selection for this kind of thing. They will help provide services for anything from dogs, to goats, all the way up to horses for home care. If you are needing pet sitting services at home or at their facility, definitely check this place out. I would definitely recommend it! I did not have a good experience there at all. When I came back to pick up my puppy he seemed fine. When I took him home he was limping in his hind legs and couldn't walk or run correctly. He also ate 8 CUPS of food total for that day like he hasn't eaten his whole life. He was a bit skinnier than when I dropped him and his ribs were showing a bit. I called Suzy and asked her if anything had happened she said no. I took him to the vet the next day and since I had to take him on a booked day they charged me an emergency fee and walked paying $150 for an X-ray and sedation and painkillers for my puppy. I called Suzy to tell her that I wanted my money back from boarding him and I acquired medical bills. She told me that she will send me a check on that Monday. I waited an entire week and then texted her about the check and she didn't answer me. She then blocked my number and never sent me a check. Do not take your pets to her for ANYTHING. I had a bad experience and will never go back and no animal should have to go through that pain while their owner is away.

I went to see what incentives we have earned with out visits and every option that was available that we could use they no longer carried or didnt have. He cannot have nails trimmed by anyone as he has neuropathy and is testy having his feet touched. Why offer visit incentives if you dont have the products offered. Also, the staff should be educated on every facet of the store including the incentive programs.

We use Natalya for our groom, but my mother in law and mom have used different groomers. All of our pets always come home looking incredible and smelling incredible. I took my dogs in for grooming today and when I went to pick them up the lady at the front desk was checking me out and she price me at 165 at first, shortly after the groomers comes by and she talk to her and then the lady up charge me 20 dollars saying that the groomer had to do extra work on one of my dogs! This is fucking ridiculous! I have brought in my pet and her hair was worse than that and I haven't got charged. I would definitely not go to this place again.
