I found the staff to be very helpful and eager to provide excellent customer service. The store is packed with merchandise, and everything is close together in a small organized space. A person doesn't have to walk up and down endless aisles or across an extremely large warehouse for materials. You can easily find everything you're looking for in short order. I found the prices to be pretty competitive; shelves had tools and merchandise of excellent quality. If you have a project I recommend this store before going to a "Big Box" outfit. You will be in and out much quicker and get better service that comes with a local small business ambiance. Another nice benefit of shopping here is Ace Hardware offers free popcorn for customers. The popcorn is delicious and of "movie quality."

I returned them after noticing large gaps on the sides. When I returned the screen I was met with resistance but then the obvious lopsided screens were taken from my hands and I was told I would receive new screens. Well, I received a call to come get the screens two days later. I picked up the screens and realized the screens were the exact same ones that did not fit!!!! I know because one of the original screens had lost the little black tabs. these screens were missing one of the black tabs!!!!

He's a good guy and figured out everything I needed. Then I was dismayed to see it was only self checkout which I do not like. I do not appreciate self checkout. I came to shop. Not work for Lowe's. David at the self checkout area was very kind and helped me checkout. David innerstood my concerns and helped me check out. Tim and David both deserve kudos for their cheerful assistance. I do like that all the associates wear camo vests now. That's cool. But self checkouts. Not cool.

I was not aware of this when I bought it. When I later tried to set up the account for the product, I was told that it needed to be returned to the merchant. I had proof of purchase and was prepared to provide my receipt. I also made several attempts to reach a live representative for assistance but was unsuccessful. At the same time, I was managing two children and moving, which caused me to go slightly beyond Lowe's 90-day return period. The item was purchased only a little over three months ago, and I was asking for an exchange--not trying to receive money improperly. I was willing to have any refund returned to the original payment card. I understand that stores have policies, but I expected Lowe's to show some reasonable flexibility given the circumstances, especially since I had proof of purchase and the item appeared to have been previously returned without my knowledge. Unfortunately, John, the manager, did not seem interested in helping. He appeared dismissive and made facial expressions while I explained the situation, which made me feel embarrassed and disregarded. I left feeling that Lowe's cared more about enforcing the policy than helping a customer resolve a legitimate problem. I hope corporate management reviews this situation and provides a fair resolution, such as an exchange, return authorization, or store credit.
