I walked in and saw that both people stationed at the front of the store to greet and assist customers were both on their phones. I went to look for my item and couldn't find it. I went back to seek help but they were both on their phones. I went back and seared through other isles and departments. Nothing. I went back to the front of the store to ask for help. I've had copies of keys there that work EVERY TIME, unlike the big box stores. I recently went for an electrical junction box--took 15 seconds to find it, and they helped me sort out other parts I needed. Heck, they even took the time to help me with a table lamp rewiring project! If I went to one of the box stores, I'd still be there looking for parts. In particular, the girl working the paint section of the store was very knowledgeable and was more than happy to answer any questions I had about paint, primer and best painting practices. I'm a thorough amateur at this, so all of the assistance she provided was invaluable.
