Wish they had told us their turnaround time before we decided to have them pick up our mower. Unfortunately, they lost our future service. They have a lot of employees that have been there for years and are very knowledgeable. I typically buy a lot of my garden vegetables, fruit trees, and berry bushes from Wiegand's and I think the price is fair for the quality of the plants. I highly recommend Wiegand's. Their plants are grown healthy and colorful as well as the hanging baskets and already grown in pots. The staff of family or friends who are working in many areas of the greenhouse or outside are always helpful and knowledgeable and ready to assist your questions about buying and planting plus offer guidance to problem plants that may be an issue with growing. The store also sells many statues, gardening supplies, outdoor furniture with monthly seasonal decorations for your home! During a recent shopping trip, I encountered a situation that highlighted this issue. As I was in dire need of using the restroom, I inquired about its location. To my dismay, I was informed by a disgruntled employee that there were no public restrooms available. Recognizing my urgency and the imminent risk of incontinence, a female employee intervened and kindly requested that I be allowed to use the restroom. Despite my gratitude, the employee remained dismissive and turned away. Subsequently, he contacted another employee via walkie-talkie to unlock the restroom door. In a state of panic, I rushed through the store, nearly damaging my clothing due to the prolonged nature of my urgency. It is perplexing that there are multiple stalls in the restroom, yet no single toilet is accessible. I suspect that this may be attributed to a lack of concern for customer needs or a preference for avoiding unpleasant situations. However, there are effective ways to address such issues. It is unacceptable that I had to endure such discomfort and distress(tears) in a shopping center to get help. Apart from this incident, I had no other complaints about the store.

I also purchased Serta Soft Cool and Warm material Bed sheets throughout my browsing and price checking with comparison. Yes, this location maybe disorganized at times or messy areas of towels or other sale items but shoppers can be the reason because every time I shop here for a sale item or check on an ad item, the staff here are working the best they can and hard at times unpacking boxes to stocking shelves. While this is unfortunately the case, I must add that I do see employees out doing what they can to remedy the situation, and all of the employees I've interacted with have been friendly and helpful. The store is large, and I love their huge selection of books. They also have a very large parking lot, so there is no issue finding a spot. It's great for yard and home items, also rugs and carpet remnants. Ollie's could use some polishing, but it's still a great quick stop shop.
