Unfortunately, this experience has left a very sour taste…read more From my first encounter, I should have just walked away, but I am trying to relinquish the clutter and get past the sentimental value of clothes. The experience was horrible, and you are told that if you leave your clothing past the 60 day consigning period, they will stay out on the floor longer and give you more opportunity to sell. Otherwise, if you don't go back, you lose your rights to your own clothing or you have to make arrangements to pay per item to have them returned. Of course none of this information is on the paper contract you sign. All of this is a learn as you go or ask questions sort of business which is not ethical. The reality is that you are just giving them your clothes to have them donate or profit on their own. I prefer to control who I donate to, and I didn't appreciate the condescending tone and feeling bad about my quality clothing. Research more and stand up for yourself, as the bottom line is they will take your items and barely sell a thing, but there is no records for you to see. If you still want to give it a go, please select the option to have your items returned, so you know what actually does sell, and do not fall for the clothes will remain on the floor longer. The owner admitted that they pulled them early as she would be away for several weeks. Be honest to your consigners and just return the clothes to them after the 60 days is up, no questions asked.

Upon entering store, the person behind the counter was short with Her words and unfriendly when i approached Her. I was quickly and rudely given a card with acct. # quickly dismissed. Left store feeling awkward and surprised on the experience. After waiting period of time to check status of My items, i phoned and was again given a very Short and abrupt answer and time of when to come back for the sale amount of the Toys/Bike. When I went in to store the Same Person looked up my acct, but before getting the cash amount, asked if I was going to shop the store and use my sale return towards that. I politely refused, and left with my share and felt very bad for imposing on this person's Day. Maybe She was the Owner but regardless, a very bitter treatment for First time in this Store. Will HIGHLY Reccomend to not visit this establishment.

I am serious- no pressure sales and as much 1:1 time as needed. They also are dog friendly and collect athletic shoes to be fixed up and distributed to those in need. Elissa was incredibly helpful and worked tirelessly to find shoes bc and insoles that were perfect for what I need. She was so kind. As were everyone else in the store. I will only be going back here for athletic shoes in the future.

They were both so knowledgeable about the shoes and I tried on shoes from a bunch of diffrent brands and walked out with some sacony E.9s. The price was great and they give you 5 percent back that never expires with a rewards program. My favorite part besides being fit for the best shoes was that they had there dogs hanging around. If your a dog person, brew was the cutest biggest dog I have ever seen. I will definitely be buying my shoes here from now on. Also they have multiple locations which is awesome.

The certificate was for highlights but I just wanted a curly cut. They said it was no issue and long as the service was less than the amount of the gift certificate. That was great. The girl spritzed my hair, added a deep conditioner, barely cut, and done. I was very shocked but polite and left. 119$ and I could have just got a deep conditioner at home. I also had to trim.my hair at another salon the next day. it was a free gift card, so I just let it go.

I also wasn't feeling well and needed to go to a couple stores. It was a joy to see Katrina again - and to meet Monica! They gave me advice (because I asked) about how to wear brown over-the-knee designer CLEARANCE boots and we talked... They are so welcoming and gracious. The previous week (when Chrissy assisted me) I was able to talk with the manager, Jess. The entire team is really hard-working and attentive.
