They offered up many little options for a complete customization down to stitching my name on the inside of the coat and how many buttons I wanted on the cuffs. When an issue at the factory meant that my suit would be delayed for 2 weeks, Nick's called me up to apologize and offered me an off the rack suit free of charge! Brands that do not compare to KanCan & low rise KanCan jeans were thrown into my dressing room. The associate also threw in some shirts for me to "try" and assumed my size without asking. The shirts were 2 sizes too big and completely opposite of my style. I'm not sure why she didn't ask my size or my style. None of the jeans in the fitting room worked out & after I told her I'd seen some pieces online I wanted, she was adamant about showing me what she had on the store iPad instead of letting me show her what I already pulled up. Overall it was an irritating experience. If I'm paying $60+ for jeans, I want to enjoy the experience, not have things I hate thrown my way or other things I'm disinterested in at the moment.

See, my family is leaving on a three week trip to Europe very soon and I was looking for fancy wide leg pants. When we entered the store we were greeted by a women who seemed friendly. I was able to find 4 items that I liked and stood just outside the dressing room. While I waited, off to the side were two girls (associates) chatting away. The store wasn't busy at all. The friendly woman was helping another customer inside the dressing room and happened to notice me and let me into a dressing room. At the same moment one of the girl associates broke away from her convo and asked if I needed a dressing room. Duh, I'm standing holding clothes in front of the dressing room door. Would I have tried on more? Yes. Did any one associate do their job? NOPE! After I got dressed I brought my clothes out of the dressing room.
