The clerk (at my request) called the manager over to consult. The manager never made eye contact with me or acknowledged my presence, but simply told the clerk it was past the 30 days. Rules are rules, and I am fine with that. I missed the deadline. However, good customer service would be demonstrated by the manager acknowledging me, making eye contact with me, and politely explaining store policy. I'm not sure who is training these young people, but the training is sorely lacking. I'll likely not use my "in-store credit" and will not shop at this store again.

Solid Fry's in Yuma, AZ…read more My wife and I live in Mesa, but when we are in Yuma for the Yuma County Fair or the Yuma Fall Festival, we frequent this store location. The employees are always nice and friendly - even when they see us walking in at 10:50 PM after a long day of work just so we can grab some essentials and stock up our Airbnb or hotel room. Helpful if we have questions and quick to ring up our purchases, we really like the efficiency found in this location. It's nice to have a familiar store to go to when we are on the road. Makes us feel like a piece of home is traveling with us. Definitely stop in when you're in Yuma and see for yourself.

They have so many bags and what I loved about that section is that they are organized by size and colors. There is a lot of stuff and again very organized. I can't say anything negative other than I would hope they would have more shoe sizes for sizes 5-6/30. It's a smaller section but I also know they are more of a common size. I would be going back soon.

I did not mind the wait & although the line was long it did move rather quickly! Plus they have one of those foot-lever openers at the bottom for that hands-free experience. Only one row for Men's Shoes? They can do better than that. I get it, though. The staff are generally friendly; Maria at the Checkout Counter was bubbling over with energy and it was a proverbial cheery on top for our shopping experience.

But in truth it seems like they closed the store about 6 months back to redo the inside to make it more modern, etc. Then they had a legit water leak and had to deal with that. The recently reopened store, I must say, is in better shape and has a better look. It now looks like a 'typical' BCF store, replete with more cashier stations and a more streamlined motif. I like it! The lines are still long but seem to move at a more comfortable clip, and staff and customer alike look to be more at ease, so I'm down with that. It's definitely worth a another look. Highly consider it!

This store is so clean first of all…read more Second, we were greeted, a few people were working hard on stock with a smile and hello. The store layout is so easy to see and read. They also consistently have what Iam looking for, including today's visit. I appreciate that I don't have to run to 3 or 4 stores. Plus the prices were affordable. The parking lot was clean, and it was just a really great trip in and out. I've been several times, since I'm from up north, as a place to pop into on my way to CA. I love it. I'll be back.
