The nurse got her to check me in and give me my paperwork to sign. They gave conflicting instructions for the out-patient procedure, one set was for those who required sedation and the other was not. Referrals never made it to the specialists. I called for medication refills and they gave me the runaround and said they wouldn't message the doctor. I had to make an appointment again even though my last visit was a month earlier. Be sure to get a printout for their policies regarding calling for refills and opt out of any online or mobile check-in processes. They take forever to do their job.
