I also had been dealing with some aches, pains and numbness in my limbs, sluggishness and brain fogginess. I just thought that it came with getting older or that I needed a healthier lifestyle. Then a few years ago I started having some issues with my ears - getting blocked, itchy and sore. Fast forward to a couple of months ago; I got invited to a luncheon where a couple of doctors would give a short presentation on their new clinic. I thought "what the heck - free food"... yes, I love to eat, (no shame )! At the presentation they mentioned how much subluxation, (when your spine is out of whack), affects so many other parts of your body because of nerves being pinched, etc. From their short presentation, I also heard them mention that chiropractic can help with ear infections and numbness/tingling of the limbs... They were also offering a great deal to come and get an x-ray to see how my spine was and an initial alignment. I thought "what the heck, it's a decent price; if I'm ever going to try this, now is the time". ...and please understand that I was desperate to try anything to fix the issue with my ears! Today: I hate to sound like those witnesses that sound fake, but it's true: ‍ I now believe in chiropractic care because it helped me! My ears completely cleared up and I have zero problems. The numbness and tingling in my limbs is gone. My back and hips have been more limber and pain-free than before. I sleep better, mental clarity is better, even my digestive problems have been better; and as I continue to come in, I feel better! I tell all my family and friends about my turn-around so far, and decided to get onto the web and pass it on to whoever needs to hear it too! Drs. Carlos and Elena have been great with working with me and helping me to achieve better health, and I thank them and their wonderful clinic for that. I reported these symptoms clearly and promptly. Rather than working through the issue using standard clinical steps--such as adjusting the dosage, reassessing timing, or ordering labs during the symptomatic period--no testing was offered while symptoms were at their peak. When I later suggested a straightforward and commonly used approach of reducing the dose to determine whether the reaction was dose-related, that option was not pursued. The situation ultimately ended with a form-letter notice that the clinic would no longer continue care. In my case, "patient safety" was cited as the reason for discontinuing treatment. While safety should always be the priority, it appeared to be used here in place of typical follow-up measures such as dose adjustment or targeted lab evaluation during active symptoms. What is most concerning is not that treatment required adjustment--this is common in hormone therapy--but that there was no meaningful attempt to isolate variables or collaboratively manage the response. Patients considering TRT should be aware that this type of therapy often requires individualized dosing and careful follow-up. In my experience, that flexibility was not demonstrated. I would have preferred a measured, medically standard approach--reduce dose, test, and reassess--before discontinuing care entirely.

I even returned a week after my initial casting with some concern about the fit of the cast, and without question or an appointment, they removed the first cast (which Im sure was done properly) and gave me a brand new one with extra padding so I'd be more comfortable. I have had MANY breaks and casts and its not always such a quick and pleasant process. I can not recommend this team enough. The tech that did both of my casts was named Juan and he is kind, gentle and easy to talk to. I would recommend Dr Garcia and his amazing staff any day. Thanks everyone!
