Long overdue review alert I have been receiving facials from this talented lady for probably over 10 years now, and now I bring my daughter to her and has been seeing her for the last couple years for facials and waxing. She is conveniently located inside of a strip mall with tons of parking inside of ace beauty supply. A private room that is directly in the back of the store. Her room is extra cozy and comfortable with an ambience that is super relaxing. As far as services go; if your teen daughter is ready for eyebrow shaping, she is really conservative with teen girls brows, my daughter has brows that are on the thicker side and when we started bringing her to Tracy, she was very conservative with how much hair she took off, now that my daughter has gotten a little bit older, she definitely has tailored it to age and they are forever looking as perfect as can be. Same goes with the facials as well, my daughter can have some problematic skin at times and Tracy really helps her manage breakouts and what not with her monthly visits. If I have leftover beauty budget for me (moms get it right?) I enjoy a Tracyface deluxe facial, which leaves me feeling extremely pampered, relaxed, and glowing skin that you could see all the way up from heaven. I believe Tracy's prices are extremely reasonable for the amount of care that she takes, her demand and the experience, both my daughter and I always get so excited to see her when it is time for our self-care days. read more

I've been going to Tracy for awhile now and she is very consistent in her work. She always keeps my eyebrows very natural. I have a little bald spot now that I'm getting older and she is so good at covering it up. When I do the brow/lip/chin wax my skin never feels sensitive afterwards and I use tretinoin so she prepares it carefully for treatment. Tracy is amazing! Her location is in the back of the Beauty Center store. Walk all the way to the doorway at the end of the hallway. Go past the bathrooms and her location is on the left-hand side. Her calendar is always busy, so book two weeks in advance if you can. That just shows she's amazing and she has a lot of customers coming through!!! She is so flexible and understanding. I once was running SO LATE because of LA traffic and she waited for me. She is the cool aunt you actually enjoy hanging out with. If you had skincare done before, Tracy is a good person to go to first. She is super personable and makes you feel comfortable. She tries to strike up conversation with you throughout the process and makes you leave there happier than when you came. She is also really good at making sure she is sanitary. She switches out her linen after every guest and puts new paper for you to sit on. She also wears gloves and never double dips her sticks or reuses her strips. Tracy is a doll! She squeezed me in last minute for a bikini wax (I was going to Hawaii the next day and was desperate). She responded right away to my text. The bikini wax was quick and relatively painless compared to the other waxes that I've had in the past. She was also so nice and easy to talk to, which helped keep me distracted. Tried Tracey after my regular waxing studio had conflicts with scheduling me in December. Tracey is very nice , personable & engaging very professional & used a different wax than i'm normally not used to. There was no pain, the outgrowth seems even less and her studio is so convenient , right between both my pharmacy & that of my cat so I'm constantly in this area. I should not run into scheduling issues here and the parking lot is HUGE so never a problem , plus they have two reserved spots right in front for clients. Will use Tracey again. read more

I was searching yelp for Brazilian wax and I came across Tracy, who had great reviews and was able to fit me in the same day. I had a sugar wax a month ago and it hurt really bad so I decided to go back to hot wax and Tracy made it painless (I guess I should also mention since it was just a month ago I wasn't too bad) but she really makes you feel so very comfortable like talking with an old friend... I was first going to go to First Impressions because of the review by they were not open today so I started to look again and came across Tracyface Skincare. So I gave her a call and she had the time so I was like I will be there in like 20 minutes. She did a wonderful job. She asked how I wanted my eyebrows shaped and if we were just doing a clean up or a re-shape. I told her just a clean up. She was very perky and knowledgeable. She also does facials. I plan on going back to keep my eyebrows in shape and also an occasional facial. You should give her a try she is great!!! I have never gotten anything waxed before, minus my eyebrows a few times many years ago. I wanted a Brazilian and full leg wax and was extremely nervous, so I spent some time trying to find someone close and good. Tracy is it and after only one time, I can say I'll be a regular. She was able to fit me in the same day. She is so easy to talk to, was able to keep a conversation going. The wax smelled like chocolate, the music was nice and relaxing. When I got there, I decided to get my eyebrows waxed, too. I am in love with them! They haven't looked this nice in so long. Let me start by saying that I have a unibrow that God himself couldn't tame. Eyebrow waxes usually required taking tons of ibuprofen in advance and still there were tears. Many, many tears. That was until I met Tracey. Tracey took time to get to know me before touching my brows. Our first visit, she asked me to show her pictures of how I'd like my brows too look. This is a cool spot! My sister in law has been coming to Tracy for many years. I had never gotten a bikini wax so I was a bit scared. I definitely have a tolerance for pain but it's still pain and a little embarrassing. Tracy was sooo cool and relaxed and really made me feel comfortable! Went to her today for eyebrows and lower leg wax and it was such a good experience. Tracy shaped my eyebrows perfectly and my leg wax was so quick and painless I was almost sad it was over lol I never thought I'd say that about any kind of waxing, since I have the lowest pain tolerance of anyone i know. She was so thorough and made sure she got every hair, which I really appreciate.
