I've been to Pots and Pans twice and each time the first words out of the person's mouth was to tell me what items they were out of. Their menu was so limited that I just walked away. Charley's is ALWAYS understaffed. Oftentimes they have just one person making sandwiches and taking orders. Popeyes is pretty good even though they can run out of spicy chicken and not offer to cook some more. I find it hard to believe that a food court on a military installation can be so poorly maintained.

So, if you go and want to purchase different items you need to know how the store is split or ask a staff member so you may do two different purchases. From what I noticed one area has hardware, weapons, garden, and cleaning items and the other area has toiletries, shoes, clothes, and makeup. One of the areas is under construction so at first, I thought the PX was split because of construction but the staff stated the PX has always been split in two. The PX features a food court with a Starbucks (the only one in the area) Qdoba, and a Charley's. The store closes at 6 pm and its parking lot is a bit confusing. Unlike other "PXs" I noticed this specific one doesn't offer "diva curl" products and their shoe options are very limited.

Shelves that used to have no room for another box of mini's now only hold a few boxes of a random selection. Glass cases that held thousands of cards now only a single layer of 10-20 cards displayed. A shop that used to be Visions Cards and Games, now known as "Blurred Vision with Cards and Lames." I don't make that up someone standing outside the store did. Some people say there was the in-people, like and inner circle with the owners, yeah there was, it felt good to be liked by the owners but it was because I was really into MTG and not Vanguard, Yugioh, Pokémon, or Warhammer. There is a beautiful chocolate lab that sits right at the door, I am assuming it is the owner's dog. The owner or person who worked at the door however was hands down the rudest individual I think I have met this year. I came to the store seeking models that I cannot find and this store had some however the gentleman at the front BERATED my 9 year old son and make me feel like a common criminal. My son picked up a pen that will float it you toss it but the owner literally screamed at my son and asked him what would happen if the pen knocked down the plane, which was attached in four different spots and weighed easily 50-70 lbs and was secured in four different spots and the pen might have weighed .5 ounces, but I digress: the store was decent, some older models but some new. The models are overpriced by about 15%, knowing the Horizon Hobby website pretty much by heart but things like that do not matter to me. I WANTED to spend money here and the guy could have genuinely been having a bad day but I wouldn't spend money here because the man is an absolute asshole. So sir, if you see this review, i don't know what your problem is, but you did it to yourself.
