Avoid this company at all costs. The owner doesn't care about his clients or his employees. My husband was nothing but loyal to Blake and worked hard for him when no one else would put up with his crap. Looking back now we should have saved ourselves the time and trouble. Updated review. This company is full of false promises. After one month of trying to get back on track we still dealt with no shows and no follow up. I would stay away from this company. We have been using this company for about two months. They have had some communication issues which caused us to originally reward them one star. We are filing a lawsuit against this company. If you have been scammed by this company too please contact me on here. Erik came out to bid our job. The project was to completely redo our pool from concrete decking, new coping to replaster. It started off ok with demo but now I haven't heard from them in a week and I've been made several promised from Blake that people were going to show and no one has. Their concrete guys dumped excess concrete on our driveway and left our yard a mess. As you can clearly see in the pictures. Also the concrete decking is darker on side that more than the other. Now I have a half finished pool and no one is responding Which is going to require us legally to take them to court. Avoid these people. I started writing this post and decided to wait for a couple of weeks . Still no response again after promises of showing. Update Blake apologized for not keeping in touch promised to keep me informed. Haven't heard from his this week. Here are texts from Blake promising to fix the mess and finishing the project. I will gladly remove this post when my project is done. I don't want to cause problems but avoiding clients and not finishing the job is ridiculous. Apparently I'm not the only person with this problem. Next stop for us is court. It's now oct 29, 2018 and still nothing done and it's been two weeks since anyone has contacted us. While trying to get info on draining and cleaning out my algae filled above ground pool, I stumbled across Trademark Pool Services thru Home Advisor. The gentleman responded within 5 minutes of my search and was very helpful. He was very honest in what the costs would be for them to come out vs my husband and I continuing to do it ourselves. I agreed that price wise, it was more feasible to do it ourselves. Aside from that he even gave me tips on the process and was even totally honest about the cost of weekly maintenance thru their service vs buying all the chemicals myself from a local pool store. I appreciate the help and would definitely recommend their service just based off the customer service he has provided me. read more

The owner has no handle on his company and kept sending different technicians to service our pool. Over the last 3 months we kept asking him to get our pool in crystal clear shape. He did not, and when we asked for an explanation he ignored our questions or said "sorry don't woory" and did nothing about it! Terrible. Really terrible. read more

Do not use this company. They have constant issues with losing billing records which results in missed appointments. If you try to call their office phone it goes straight to voicemail typically as they do not have any office workers either. They have no employees who last longer than a month. Constantly had a new pool cleaner monthly. They lost our records for over a year and came back and told us that we owe them $1700 due to their mistake on records. We paid them. Now since the beginning of October we have not had our pool serviced due to once again being told by Blake that they lost our records but when I go into my account I can see the charges have been taken out. Many attempts to get a hold of Blake who does not answer his phone and always has an excuse as to why. Does not know how to properly manage his customer or his employees. I should not have to constantly call your business to get back on schedule for something that is your own fault. We are cancelling our service with this company and I strongly recommend you do not use them. read more
