A&M Premier were great !!!! It was an awesome experience getting our roof replaced with A&M.... This was our first roof replacement. On day early in the morning, I had seen their signs and trucks around the neighborhood. The very next day one of their sales representative nock on my door and offer me a free inspection without compromise. Yes, freeeee!!!... That is hard to get these days, so I accepted, and he did it right then, in the spot. I'm glad that accepted because they found some damage on my roof. After he finished, we talked about it. He was very patient with me and explained, very clear, the importance of taking care of it and making the repairs or replace of my roof before it would be a big problem that could affect the integrity or the value of my property. Immediately, I called my insurance, the rep talked to the insurance company and agreed to send them the report of the damages. He handled everything with our insurance for us to basically get our roof replaced. Two days after, one of their reps came and explained all the details of the Job from the Job contract, payments up to the chosen of the roof materials and color. She was very kind and lent me some samples, so I could show my wife and decide together. That is going an extra mile !!!. After the initial payment from the insurance company, we were able to schedule our roof replacement that same week. With out realizing it the day arrived and the Work crew arrived at 6:30 AM, started work at sunup; completed job in 1 day. They covered my bushes, plants, and driveway; they moved pots and replaced everything back where they were. The job took almost 12 hours, but the crew were very diligent about working efficiently, taking care of surrounding landscaping. I am writing this review to extend my steadfast recommendation for Stephen Mull and A&M Premier Roofing & Construction. Stephen served as our point of contact for replacing our roof following a wind/hail storm. His team just completed the job with the utmost professionalism and workmanship. The quality of materials and the extensiveness of the workflow was explained in advance during our initial consultation and wholly manifested in the final product. The job was scheduled promptly for the week immediately following the consultation and the entire roof was completed in one working day. However, it is not only for the quality of the job that I'm personally motivated to write this review. Stephen was an advocate for us from the very beginning. Our insurance company was resistant in funding our claim despite extensive storm damage and despite all other residences on our street successful in full replacement claims earlier--and Stephen provided the professional expertise and documentation of damage I needed as basis for the eventual funding of my claim. Stephen himself was in constant contact with me, and answered questions quickly by text, email or phone without hesitation--often on his own time. Stephen was up on our roof himself multiple times, generating videos with detailed narration each time in response to the insurance company's challenges. Additionally, Stephen and the office staff handled all paperwork required and expeditiously generated when they were required. For this willingness to go above and beyond and stick with me despite many months of iteration with my insurance company, I thank him. A&M Premiere Roofing and Construction replaced our 30-year-old asphalt shingle roof with a new architectural shingle system in December 2025. From the initial consultation to final cleanup and inspection, their process was thorough and professional. Their team provided a detailed estimate, breaking down material costs and labor, and stayed within the original quote. Communication was clear and consistent with no surprises! Their team negotiated with our insurance adjuster and saved us a great deal of worry and time. The installation crew arrived promptly at 7am and worked efficiently, completing our new roof in just one day. The crew was mannerly, stayed on task and very professional. They used GAF Timberline HDZ shingles and added ridge vents. They installed new perma-boots as well as new flashing around the chimney. Their cleanup was immaculate--they used magnet sweepers to collect nails and debris. The project manager checked in throughout the day and inspected the finished work with us. A&M Premier did an excellent job on our roof. Their representative that knocked on my door, Mike, was so incredibly nice. He explained to me that they were building a roof in my neighborhood that day, and that since the neighbors had damage, there was a high probability that my roof may have damage. Mike went up on the roof, took pictures, and explained the condition of my roof to me in great detail. I was really impressed with his acumen. Mike explained the insurance process with me, and took care of everything. I was a bit skeptical, but it really did play out EXACTLY as he said it would. The roof was approved by my insurance, and they scheduled my build for 5 days later. They started around 8am, and I went outside to see a team of about 12 people hard at work. The work hard - really hard. From what I could tell, the only break they really was lunch and they wrapped up by around 3pm. They cleaned up the yard perfectly, and by 4pm, it was like they were never there. The roof looks great! We couldn't be happier with A&M Premier roofing & Construction. From start to finish, their office was amazing, kept us informed through emails and calls, and it took zero effort on my part. The customer service from every aspect of the job was just so surprising. I don't know if all roofing companies in Raleigh operate this way, but I can tell you that A&M were flawless. A&M Premier came through my neighborhood, knocking on the doors of houses that had visible storm damage on their roofs. I had some missing shingles from recent wind and hail, so I asked for an inspection. The company found enough damage to justify working with an insurance company. We ended up getting the whole roof replaced, with insurance paying for everything but the deductible. From the initial inspection to the final installation, the process was seamless and professional and took about three weeks. Austin, who does both sales and inspection, was very helpful and took all the time necessary to explain the damage, the insurance process, and how the replacement would happen. He came back twice to help with insurance: once to work with me to call in the claim, and once to meet with the adjuster. We picked out a style of replacement shingles, signed a contract, paid the deposit, and scheduled a day for installation. The shingles were delivered to our driveway one business day before the installation. The installation itself took seven hours, starting at dawn and ending by 2pm. The result looks great, and the crew did a great job of cleaning up all the shingles and nails that came off the roof. Great experience from start to finish. Carter was a great help in navigating the initial inspection of the roof and then helping us file the claim with our insurance carrier. He then came and met with the insurance adjuster when he evaluated the roof - so that the adjuster was aware of the items that Carter identified in his initial inspection. Next, Shawna was very helpful with picking the roofing material and working through the steps up to installation. Claytonia was very helpful with the payment process, once we had received the insurance check. Within just a few days of the initial payment, the crew was here installing the new roof. They were efficient and removing and replacing the new roof - and installing a new skylight. They completed our house and my workshop in less than a day. They cleaned up, including double/triple checking to get all the nails from the removed roofing. The young man who led the roofing crew was very polite and helpful with a few things that required our participation. Then Claytonia was back once the work was done to handle the certificate of completion and getting that to our insurance company so we could receive the final payment. The experience was excellent. Dealing with a roof replacement should be an easy process and A&M Premier made it so. From the initial call - which Stephen answered within the first two rings - to the final nail, this team was professional all around. I knew they were coming, but I was surprised to see them already working shortly after 7AM. The team made sure that all my bushes, decking, and AC units were covered to protect them from damage. Quickly the old roof came off and they were working on getting the new one on. Even while that was going on, a secondary team was cleaning up the old roof and making sure things were good to go on the ground. Minus a brief break for lunch, they worked throughout the day and got on the new roof within 8 hours of when they started. Everything was cleaned up in the yard, and before the sun went down, they were gone. Had you not known that they were there, you would not have known at all. Noman was present during the installation to confirm everything we had discussed during the consultation had been addressed and followed up on every detail in a way that was outstanding even to this engineer's mind. Before that, he communicated with the insurance company to assure coverage for the project. Everyone I spoke with between the initial investigation of the company to final check, from Onna the administrative assistant to Alexi the senior project manager and the workers themselves, were knowledgeable about every point, and always very pleasant, courteous, diligent and very professional. They provided clear communication regarding the timeline and were prompt in every respect even subsequent requests we made. They installed the new roof quickly and with great precision. On-Time, High-quality work. Highly Recommend! ... After a storm we had several (other) roofing companies knock on our door looking for business. Many were high-pressure salesmen from out of state, so I was reluctant dealing with any of them. A&M had done a roof in my neighborhood and I had the chance to talk to Leonardo. He was a professional, thorough and personable guy. And they are LOCAL. He explained everything, got me a quote, and when I was ready, he helped me speak with my insurance company to start the claims process. He even came back to meet the insurance adjuster when they came out to check the roof. After the job, they submitted a supplement request to the insurance to pay for the rest. Great customer service. Some of my neighbors (who used some other guys) have crooked shingles in the peaks and valleys, and there was trash and nails all over the neighborhood. A&M tarped everything to keep it safe and afterwards they magnet-swept the yard for nails, and cleaned my neighbors yard too. I only wish my neighbors used A&M. Ou roof was recently replaced by A & M Premier Roofing and we are very satisfied with the project. From our first contact with Jake and Malik inspecting for damage, the personnel have been very thorough with attention to detail and professionalism. From working with our insurance company to the review and selection of all materials, the process has been seamless. The work crew was onsite ready to go at 0700 and were still at work as it was getting dark. The crew kept up a steady pace and most of the roof was completed on the first day. A smaller crew came back on the second day to finish the roof and do a final clean up walk thru. Noel was the project manager for our roof and kept us informed every step of the way. We are very happy with the quality of the replacement and will use A&M again if we ever have to replace a roof again. A & M Premier Roofing & Construction was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The various folks with whom we interacted, from initial contact to project manager to roofer, were careful, kind and communicative. Our roof was removed, some decking was replaced, and the new shingles were installed all in one day, on schedule and precisely as promised. When a small issue arose it was addressed immediately, even though it was a weekend. Having heard stories from friends about their experiences with other contractors, we were concerned that we might be hit with multiple "add-ons" that would increase our costs. There was only one additional expense. We could see it was justified, and were not surprised by it. This supported our decision to work with A & M. Our job also included interior ceiling painting work to deal with prior leakage. Again, the painting crew was respectful, careful, and did a great job. A&M Prmier Roofing gives superior customer service. A&M Premier Roofing has just completed replacing my roof. My wife and I are highly satisfied with their service. Their representative came to my house several months ago saying that they were doing work for a neighbor and asked if they could check my roof (which was 30 years old) storm damage. I told the rep that I did not believe I had any damage since it had been inspected a year earlier) but they could check. Their inspection detected damage and they handle submitting the claim to the insurance company. And the only out of pocket expense I had was the deductible. The work was done on schedule and completed in one day. There were no unexpected changes. All the personnel were professional and pleasant. I recently had a great experience with A&M Premier Roofing and Construction replacing the roof on my house. Their Sales Rep and I met one day while I was in my front yard. He mentioned the neighborhood had recently been hit by a storm with high winds and he could check my roof to see if I had any damage. I said sure, go ahead and see. He came down with pictures of damage, even some trim blown loose and hail damage. A&M handled filing a claim with my insurance company. The claim was approved, and they did the rest. The hardest part I had was picking a shingle color for the new roof. The A&M team took did all the heavy lifting and delivered a beautiful new roof in just a few weeks.
