I called Trademark to get estimate for residential reroofing job. Chad came out promptly and gave me an estimate. I accepted his bid which was the lowest. Crew came out promptly in morning on agreed upon date and began teardown. Teardown done by 1:30 first day. Crew showed up promptly second and third days to put on underlayment, new shingles, replace roof vents, and clean up. There was 4 hour delay on day 2 because city inspector didn't come by until noon to inspect bare roof. Project done in 3 days. Yes, there's a lot of noise during this process. But that will be the case for any reroofing project. I asked site supervisor, Juan, to add zinc strips in specific places where we get moss growth. He did so professionally and only charged me a small amount for the extra work. Clean up was good, including magnetic metal rakes to pick up nails which had fallen to ground. All in all, an excellent job. It looks good. We haven't had any rain since new roof put on, but I'm confident the roof will be watertight because of the quality of work I saw. When I look at previous negative reviews for Trademark, it's hard for me to reconcile these as being for the same company. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Trademark Roofing. read more

Not sure what's going on with this company; they came to my home to measure for re-roofing and new gutters Feb. 28, and three week's later I have yet to receive the estimate. Waited a week then called to follow-up; after three days with no response I e-mailed them, and the friend who'd initially referred me also contacted them on my behalf. That evening they e-mailed and said we think we sent you the estimate- let us know if you didn't receive it, and I immediately replied and confirmed that I still didn't have it, and nothing... no response, and no estimate sent. I called one last time and left yet another message (the phone has never once been directly answered-red flag), and another 8 days later there's still no reply. When they came out they provided an impressive folder including their diamond-certified status and a hall-of-fame award from the city of Vacaville for 2023, which now questionable. If they made a business decision to pass on my project for some reason, or are too busy with work volume I can understand, but this experience feels like a company who is living up to their earlier reviews. read more

Cut rate roofing company, hired by our homeowners association (Collins Management). They left the job for three weeks, while a trailer was parked at complex taking up two visitor spaces. Not only was this an inconvenience to residents, the trailer was overflowing with trash. While they abandoned the job for three weeks, shingles and others supplies were left on the roofs and fell causing a considerable hazzard. The driveway was littered with nails, and they left gutters and other debris around the complex after they finally came back to finish the job. Not to mention the quality of work, which was below sub par. Unfortunately residents were not involved in the selection process as this was the second time they did work at complex, with issues abound each time they were on site. read more

Had Robbie come out to provide an estimate on my Vacaville house. It took over 9 days and had to hound and beg them for my estimate. Then Robbie calls me and lies to me he went on a trip to Idaho when the desk person told me he was out in the field working. And they think I'm going to even consider them for the job? They are a Mickey Mouse outfit. If you decide to have these clowns do any work for you, good luck. I'd run as fast as possible away from them. read more

I signed a contract back in mid September and paid a deposit and have yet to get a schedule date for a roof replacement. Although I am not a huge corporation, I still deserve the courtesy of a phone call, email or something to get my project on the schedule. This company was referred by a friend and I was hesitant to use them given their reviews. However, I needed a roofer to replace the shingles that were removed after I had some dry rot repairs made. That company was horrible to work with and the roofer they recommend was a flake. I called Ray Ragsdale at Trademark and he immediately responded. He also found that my dry rot repairs still hadn't been completed. He was patient and helpful while I dealt with the other company to correct and complete their work. Once they were done, Ray had a crew promptly come out and repair my roof. The company was also able to secure a larger roofing job with my neighbors. I really appreciated his help and flexibility. Chad and his crew really came through for us when we started experiencing a pretty severe leak. It turned out that we had several rotten joists. Not only did Chad diagnose the issues and present the various options, he wrapped it securely to get us through a series of storms. Once the weather cleared, Chad's shingle crew came and, in one day, they demoed, replaced joists, and replaced the whole roof. They cleaned so well, we couldn't tell the next day any work had been done, other than the sparkling new roof. Getting roofing work done is never a fun process, but if you have to do it, these guys know their stuff. read more

I would definitely do business with them again. I was a little hesitant at first, due to the lack of communication follow-up from the front office. However, after talking w/Robbie and him explaining that she was dealing with personal issues, I decided to give 'em a second chance. Glad I did! Robbie was constantly communicating and kept me in the loop on everything. He was a very chill dude and very personable. They were the best bid, pricing wise--for the work that I was getting. The original date for the work kept getting put off. But in the interest of an "element" controlled business, I had to respect that it was out of their control. However, Robbie did offer to cover my roof, as a temp fix, if it rained (until they could do the replacement). Overall...glad I choose Trademark! read more

If you are looking for a company that is going to show up on time, call you when they are going to be late or not be able to make it for your scheduled appointment, this is not the place. First time, shows up 2 hours past the scheduled time window. The second time was yesterday, 12/8/2020. I had a time window scheduled between 8am-11am. Never shows up. I called the office phone multiple times and the owner's cell phone multiple times to get an ETA. No one ever answered. I was able to find an email address for the office manager. She was able to get in touch with the owner. Apparently two of his workers called in sick and he couldn't show up because he was finishing another job. That would have been fine, I can work with that. Just give me a call and give me a heads up, do not just let me sit around the house until 2pm waiting for someone to magically do some roof work. I will never hire or recommend this joke of a business to anyone. read more

Robbie was our contact for this company. He was great, gave us a very competitive bid on our house in Winters. He gave us all the choices on make and color of the composition shingles. He also provided addresses where we could actually go look at the different shingles on an actual roof. This was very helpful in deciding on final color. Once we signed the contract, Juan and his crew did an awesome job and Robbie kept us informed of their progress. Our eaves were in bad shape, so we had the crew replace them. Now everything looks great. I would highly recommend this company, they are easy to work with and hold to their estimate. read more

I had this company do a lot of work. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's like pulling teeth to get the job finished because they have better things to do. My last experience was them doing some unauthorized work on a rental then not being able to produce paperwork documenting the work actually done. Then the owner got rude with me when I kept asking for the job information. I've had problems with this tenant producing questionable documentation for charges. Was very disappointed by the unprofessional attitude of this company. Made me wonder if they were involved with a scam. read more

The guy was really cool and knowledgeable, but getting the estimate from the owner was like pulling teeth, and they wanted to sign a contract binding us to use their services without even setting a work date. After they allowed us to bypass that requirement, they never showed up for the job and nearly two weeks after the work window started, they finally responded to my phone calls and e-mails with another "emergency" excuse. We have lived in a 36 year old house with a tile roof since it was new. From day one the roof leaked during windy storms due to no sheathing under the tile. The rain was blown up the tiles and dripped onto the ceiling. We had finally had enough. In addition, an outbuilding needed roofed to match the house and attached garage. After investigating several competing estimates we decided to work with Trademark Roofing because the owner's manner and demeanor reflected professionalism and efficiency. The estimate was quite reasonable and well within our budget in addition to being lower than most of the others. We were extremely pleased with the choice and the service far, far exceeded expectations. The roof sagged in several places due to the weight of the tiles over the years. Trademark corrected the sagging areas and re-engineer the front deck to produce a level covering. Much extra materials and labor were necessary to get it right. The owner insisted on producing an inventive, quality, and long-lasting fix regardless of the costs. This superior work was done all within the original estimate. The work crew labored diligently and appeared to enjoy the work environment. My opinion is that this reflects the excellent management style and devotion to quality work that is the hallmark of the owner, Chad Ariza. I am a first time homeowner and as scary as roof issues can be this company ROCKS! I orginally found them from a list of Diamond Certified companys in my area. Trademark was the fastest to return my phone call/web inquiry, come out and provide me with an estimate, then were able to fix it my roof that same week. I actually called them Friday asking for an appintment and they were here 4:30pm that same day on my roof fixing the problem. The owner and staff are amazing, they are curtious and very helpful. They even took pictures with their phones to show me what they were doing and emailed me everything: my contract and recipet. When a few shingles blew off my roof in a windstorm, I called 3 or 4 companies and this was the only one that answered the phone. The guy who came out to give me an estimate was great, showing me pictures of the issues along with his recommendations. He handed me a very large folder of advertising and legal information which I didn't appreciate and promptly recycled. The estimate was quite expensive, but I decided to move forward anyway since other companies hadn't returned my calls. The 3 guys who showed up to do the work didn't seem to know what they were doing ~ they said they were here to fix the leak, even though I didn't have a leak. When I asked if they knew what needed to be done, they weren't very reassuring. When they finished the work, they told me they took photos of the finished work I could request from their boss. When I received the invoice, I promptly requested pictures of the completed work and only received them after multiple requests and making it clear that I needed to see them before I would pay. The photos weren't very good and showed work that was somewhat questionable. The roof seems ok for now, but the workers who came out didn't inspire my confidence and the cost was high. read more
