My Tia was impressed with the freshness. Sadly, on 12/19, I was told my Onkle had passed away the previous evening. I reside in CA and my Onkle resided in Buckeye; I wanted a local shop in lieu of going thru 800 number & getting an arrange from, who knows where. This flower shop was closest. I called but they were not going to be able to get the arrangement out until Monday and I wanted them delivered same day or following day. After calling around and every other shop also being busy or too far out to deliver, I succumbed to ordering flowers from this store. I ordered a dozen white long stemmed roses. I was pleasantly surprised by the text communication I received when flowers were being created, a photo of them and a text when they were out for delivery. My Tia commented how fresh the roses were and how lovely they were. I was most appreciative to hear the freshness of the flowers & my cousin sent me photo ,which matched what I ordered and received in a text. Sometimes, you wonder how true to the ad the arrange delivered was. It is such a small gesture to receive flowers when a love one passes but it is very welcomed. I am very happy with this store.

He chose an arrangement that came out to around $600 total and scheduled delivery for Sunday, Mother's Day. Saturday night, we got a text saying the flowers were out for delivery that evening. After he followed up, we were told it was sent in error. Then on Sunday, while we were at a Mother's Day brunch, he received another notification saying the flowers were out for delivery and would arrive by 12:40 PM. We rushed to finish our meal and get home in time, only to then receive another message saying the delivery couldn't be completed. My husband called, and they explained it was another "system error" and that they only had one refrigerated truck large enough for the arrangement. They told us the flowers would arrive by 4:30 PM. Finally, at 5:15 PM, the arrangement showed up warm, wilted, and dirty. It honestly looked rushed together with leftover flowers and was mostly greenery, with fewer than three dozen actual blooms. To their credit, after my husband reached out following the delivery, they did provide a $200 refund. But overall, the experience was really disappointing, especially because the one thing I wanted for Mother's Day was a large, full, beautiful flower arrangement.
