Vacationed in La Quinta (a favorite summer getaway) at a hotel with a kitchen. You know I had to make something and headed to Trader Joe's to find all the best and unique ingredients! Always a great experience and fast checkout despite the myriads of people. Made grilled wraps with: cooked chicken (diced myself), uncured Pancetta mixed with diced, brown Beech mushrooms, toasted, sliced almonds, and everything else you see here. Don't leave out the Burrata and Sesame oil massaged on the Wild Arugula for a Chef's kiss experience!

Needed a few items for lunch and dinners. Catherine and Matt did an excellent job while visiting. They have the typical selection with unique choices and competitive pricing.

    White orchids

Trader Joe's might consider adding self check out stations, the service would be much better. My cashier just placed my full cart in one bag. I had to ask for another to separate my items and make it more manageable to carry. Orchids were cute, that's why I gave them 2 stars.

We stopped here because I love their dark chocolate peanut butter cups. That little piece of chocolate after dinner makes all the difference. After running out, we headed back again for a second box only to find, the store was also out. The very nice manager let me know a new shipment was coming the next day. In the mean time, I bought the individually wrapped small bags. It's funny. The first time we went there we saw the back of the store and wondered if it was still open. My kids were with this time and when we turned in, they saId, 'is it open?'. I think it's because it's rather dark on the street side. Gotta have my chocolate and Trader Joe's is the best.

I love this traders over most. Too bad it's the furthest away from me but I was in the area and stopped by. The ambience is always so chill and staff super polite and friendly. They definitely love their job.

My favorite market especially now with the virus. They only let so many people in and they sanitize the carts.

Too bad that TJs didn't provide a curbside option during the pandemic. The people are always very nice however..

They…read morerotate products fairly often so what you see one day may be gone the next, never to return. I don't mind checking back week to week. It's basically like a grocery store version of Ross or TJ Maxx/Marshalls where the business sells overstock items. Over time, they've stocked more and more items that I typically consume and find their deals to be pretty damn good. Yes, sometimes their "elsewhere" prices are comically inflated and not everything is necessarily a good deal here. Usually I come here first and get what's a good deal and fill in the rest at a typical grocery store. For example, if you come here specifically for produce, you'll likely be disappointed. If you see steeply discounted items, they are most likely at or near the "best by" date. I've gotten in the habit of checking dates so it's not an issue. If you have some sense, items like canned goods, dry sealed foods or pasteurized refrigerated goods (except milk) will last well beyond the date. Usually I purchase what I will eat or drink within the next week. I now feel a bit of excitement coming back often to see what's new and typically leave feeling like I scored some great buys!

Now I don't know what happened but it's right back to the shits with empty shelves, items not stocked, can't find the things I really need. I wish they would have put a real store here.

First and last time at Sprouts La Quinta…read more We stopped in around 8:20 PM last night 08/16/2026 because we wanted to try the Family Meals we've been seeing advertised. We went to the deli and stood there for about five minutes before realizing we needed to press the service button. An employee came out, so I asked, "Hi, is the deli still open?" He responded with an attitude, "Yes, but I work the meat department," and walked away. I understand he may not have been the person who could help me, but a simple "Let me get someone from the deli" would have been enough. Instead, the interaction left me feeling unwelcome and embarrassed. I spoke with the manager, Steve, who apologized and offered to help, but by then we decided to leave. I really want to believe this was a race thing and I want to believe it was just a bad day for the wannabe butcher or he seriously hates his job, but regardless... that was not ok. What really stood out was what happened next. We went to Ralphs on Jefferson, where the customer service was ON POINT. One of the employees even took the time to interact with my daughter who is autistic, gave her a Pokémon card, and she gave him a high five. That small interaction meant more than he probably realized. We weren't asking for special treatment. Just basic kindness and respect. Learn something, Sprouts.
