I must love abuse as I keep trying to shop here hoping it will get better and it never does. Overpriced, no customer service and the store isn't very clean at all! The bathrooms are just short of disgusting and corporate needs to upgrade this store. The produce area is filthy and the people checking people out are clueless to the line, how their personal conversations take up a customers' time and I use the self checkout because of this. Some of these other reviews cannot be legit and honest. The employees are not amazing, the store is not clean and the food here is not delectable. Anyone who claims this store is clean is not telling the truth period. The last sushi rolls we purchased here a week ago were awful. Dried out rice, too much wasabi and not even a half inch of fish or filling. No thank you. Forget the deli department! They put on gloves, answer the phone in them, open doors to the fridge etc... then proceed to use the SAME gloves to slice the overpriced Boars Head meat & cheese! Yuck...not very sanitary read more

Great attitude and there to assist 100% an excellent ambassador to the brand, he has the right stuff. YESTERDAY, While this is not the closest market, it is the one I choose to drive to as the market itself is great. Some of the staff, not so happy to be there. LOCATION: Excellent as long as you know how to get there off the 111. Don't miss the turn or you are screwed. Lots of parking and carts. FACILITY: Very nice buildout, wide isles, and ascetically very easy on the eye as you can see across the store. Bright and open. SELECTION: Not a huge selection but for me most of what I am looking for in greens, fish, and breads. I have my favorites and they are always in stock. QUALITY: Always top quality, someone is on this. Veggies are top notch and always arranged well. Excellent bread options as well as bulk. PRICING: About the same as other markets. STAFF: Since I shop here about one a week, not sure on this one, most people working here just do not seem happy or overly helpful. My last visit on a not busy afternoon, saw 10 people waiting to pay with one poor guy doing his best checking and bagging as a co-worker looked on and ignored the situation. She is also a manager I believe. Yo, we all got options do your job make happy customers happen especially when they are trying to pay so they can get on with their day. People here are obviously doing their jobs as the market is always looking great and well stocked, but zero eye contact, no smiles, and seem like robots... hummmm, maybe they are? Every time I try to buy something from the deli department I get a big attitude and today was no different. Why? Grilled salmon is not citrus salmon...one serving is not 2. Really nice store to shop at have always had really good experiences shopping here. One particular employee I believe her name was Yvonne was very helpful and actually walked me to the product I was looking for. She recommended the sprouts branded pasta sauce which I did get since the others were a bit too expensive, was actually really tasty I will definitely be getting it again. I ordered online for pick-up. I found out the hard way that they do not do the picking for you. Instead, they have a contract with Instacart. I don't remember seeing that option when I completed my order. I had to wait until the next day to receive my items by parking at the designated parking spot. The Instacart person was very nice and I did not have to wait long for her to bring my items. Sprouts did not have one of my items so I had to wait for that to refund on my account the next day. The experience was stressful for me and I ended up paying a fee to Instacart and the food cost. So I am giving four stars to Sprouts. read more

OK ... here we go ... Have to say - this location is turning me into a Sprouts fan!! I went in this morning for "just a few things" - and came out with quadruple my original list. So many delicious choices. Everything well stocked, well placed and relatively well priced. The store was attractive and very clean. What really stood out for me, however, was how NICE EVERYONE at this location was. I was almost instantly greeted by Michael at the front of the store as I perused body washes at the front of the store. And he wasn't the first associate that greeted me. Everyone smiled, stopped to say "hi", and ask with genuine interest if I needed help finding any items. What?! Who does that any more ... esp in a metro area??!! Simple courtesy and friendliness - with genuine kindness. Hey ... "Love don't cost a thing" ... and truly is appreciated by customers!! Thank you Sprouts! See you next time! read more

I have been going to that store for years. There are a few good people there who are very hard-working and pleasant. Yesterday I met a very rude employee. I was using the self-checkout, and I separated items to be purchased with two different accounts. The girl immediately called me out for not paying for the one item I had inside the cart, which I had separated to be paid with another card, but she assumed I was stealing it. It is insulting and disrespectful. She could have waited until I finished the transactions without making assumptions. I may have to shop at the Indian Wells from now on. read more

Nice market, but expensive. Not as good as it used to be. Produce pricing much higher, and they have really cut back on fresh meat and seafood selections. I loved buying calamari steaks here one of the few places you could get them), but they no longer carry them, and they won't special order them, I was told. Used to be my go to place on "double Wednesdays" (ad from last week and this week were valid). Unfortunately that has stopped too. Bought some bran raisin muffins today and when I had one at home later in the day it was very dry and stale. They just opened a new store in Indian Wells, and I hope it is better. Stopped there this morning on opening day, and it was controlled chaos. I'll review it on a fairer day. I hope they get back to their roots. Amazing produce at very reasonable prices. A normal Sprouts. They are great for vegans, keto dieters and other folks looking for specialty food items. Clean store, great produce, outstanding bulk items. I just wish they were more centrally located. Sure if you live in Bermuda Dunes this is a convenient location. But if you live anywhere else in the Coachella Vally its an ordeal to get here. First of All, I just want to mention that Sprouts has a problem with their employees. I've read the reviews and they're not complimentary to the store or it's staff. Mostly the staff. So Sprouts Management: you must treat all your customers equally and ASSUME they are NOT bad people right from the start ! Since the birth of Instacart, I've been able to avoid the hassle of people, chaos, excessive heat & ridiculousness. It's been a dream really. When you deal with heat that is over 100 degrees in an area like the Coachella Valley, you can appreciate it tremendously when someone younger than you gets out there in 119 degree heat, scoops up your groceries, deals with disgruntled grocery store employees... the whole nine! Instacart has probably saved lives ... literally ! So when I go online, there are a few food items that I start with right away ...to make sure that they "pass the test". 1). Arugula. If a grocery store doesn't carry arugula it's the "roll the eyes" test. My thoughts are this, "oh! So it's one of THOSE stores." 2). Must carry Brown Eggs. If they don't carry brown eggs or expect me to buy 1 option of brown egg from 1 ( one ) brown egg supplier... then that just makes me mad 3). Red Onions. If they charge a gazillion dlls PER POUND for red onions, instead of a flat rate of 29 cents PER onion... that makes me infuriated. 4). Bananas. Don't buy organic bananas. They just die faster in your kitchen. Organic bananas are overpriced & a total rip off So here is what I discovered: Sprouts is the ONLY store to buy your fresh AAA Brown Eggs from. They have many suppliers and you have CHOICE. Sams Club is the best place to buy Fresh Milk. They have the correct price on their milk. Check the UNIT PRICE, get two gallons and you will see what I mean. Smart & Final and Aldi's have the best prices on junk food items, like potato chips & Mac & Cheese ( which I do not eat ) The cheapest place for pitted authentic kalamata olives is Aldi's. The cheapest place for radicchio & frisée is Albertsons. The cheapest place to get Hebrew National hot dogs is Sams Club. The cheapest place to get 1.75 L of Ketel One is Smart & Final. The best place to buy Feta Cheese in BRINE.. Sprouts. I like the real deal, not the crumbled crap. The best place to buy Corn Chips is Food4Less. Also Bags of Ice. Food4Less also sells the English Cucumber ( for excellent price ) which is all the rage right now. And last but not least, the BEST produce is all located very conveniently in Cathedral City at a store called: Cardenas. read more

I visited this store yesterday 2/4/22. Its a drive from my home, but I wanted FRESH produce, and fish. I bought apples, oranges, veggies AND against my better judgement, a 2.99$ avocado. Big mistake. The avocado was 60-70% spoiled inside. By the time I scooped out the bad flesh, there wasn't enough to make guac with. I went back today and got those salted caramel chocolate chip cookies that I love! It says chocolate chips, but it has chocolate chunks in it and it's great quality chocolate! These cookies are perfect. I also tried Rubicon Vanilla Cream Cupcakes and WOW!! These cupcakes taste as good as bakery cupcakes!! So, the chocolate frosting has like a whipped cream consistency! It's not stiff (I hate stiff frosting)! The vanilla cream inside has a whipped cream consistency too and it's just right! Not too sweet. Definitely try these cupcakes, they're worth it. Horrible costumer service I bought the Wild Caught Salmon there I spent almost 20 dollars for two pieces didn't make it until the next day it totally ruined my dinner because it was full of pin bones just impossible to eat.. I call the store to ask what was the return policy but because I didn't have my receipt they couldn't help me I'm a front end Supervisor somewhere else and I just can believe they didn't even offer and exchange of the product the person who answered was very rude she said there was nothing they can do. Friendly staff and love the sore but unfortunately every single time and I mean every single time- whatever we buy on sale gets rung up at full price. Generally we figure it out after it happens and it's very difficult to reverse so we pretty much pay full price for alot of food that's about to expire. . We were thrilled that Sprouts opened in Indian Wells. This is a larger store than La Quinta. The store is immaculate. The produce area has always been fresh, unlike La Quinta's rotting produce. My mother and I stopped in for some lesser known organic ingredients (tapioca flour and monk fruit sugar) and they had both! The selections seem quite limited compared to a big brand market of similar size. It's also a bit more pricey. Priced like an upscale market without the upscale.
