Experienced the best customer service ever at a grocery store. I asked a male (Asian with glasses) employee stocking bananas where I might find chia seeds. He then proceeded to pick up my full basket and carry it for me to the chia seeds. What?!!?! That's amazing customer service. I forgot to ask for his name, but if he's reading this: thank you so much!! I'll be sure to commend you to a manager next time I'm in. Love this store!! Fresh Flowers are my favorite and amazing prices!! I go in 2 to 3 times week right after I drop my daughter off from school. Usually the only one to two customers there right when they open!! The service is done with a smile. The quality of the food is really high compared to other grocery stores. They might not have as many options but that's because they will not sell something because it is popular. They only sell what they think is good. It also makes for a nice short visit to the store because you are not running around looking for everything. That's my kind of visit to a grocery store. read more

I should start by saying I hate grocery shopping, but not at Trader Joe's! I love the variety of foods without the ridiculous amount of unnecessary choices in most stores. I can get in and out quickly and if forget something - it is just around the corner. The prices are great! The staff is incredible- so friendly and helpful and truly seem to like their jobs. This is my husband and I's favorite place for groceries! The reason I am writing this review is to praise the INCREDIBLY friendly staff here. EVERY SINGLE TIME we visit, the cashiers are super friendly, thoughtful, and conversational. They always check our eggs to make sure they are not cracked [insert heart emoji]! Some specific shoutouts I'd like to give are for Julia (brunette), who exchanged our cherry tomatoes for a fresher pack upon examining them. She was extremely kind and cheery throughout our interactions, and I've been wanting to make a post for her a couple days now! Also, Lisette (brunette) was kind to me about a month ago when I was buying groceries here. This is the way to keep your customers--good customer service! :) TIP: People say prices can be high here, but if you are mainly buying all-natural, un-prepared food items, it's actually very cheap! We basically buy fresh veggies, fruits, basic meats, and the essentials like cereal, frozen fruit, cliff bars, etc. If you know how to shop smart and are willing to prepare your food yourself (instead of buying pre-made frozen meals, etc), this store IS the bargain place! read more

Obsessed with Trader Joe's! Even more so since they have moved over the border from Tyngsboro to Nashua. License to sell wine and a bigger parking lot? Yes, please! I have a few things that are staples each time I go in. For one, the frozen orange chicken. It is phenomenal and I prefer it to the stuff I get at chinese restaurants. I'm also fairly certain I could gain 100 pounds solely on the Cookie Butter. This stuff is like crack and between me, the hubs, and our 4 year old, it doesn't last long. Other favorites include their blueberry tart, their great produce selection, and of course the free samples they give out every day! Not to mention the stickers. These stickers are the highlight of my daughter's life and beat the pants off of the neon orange "Paid" stickers at MB. Between TJ's, Portrait Innovations, Michael's and Babies R Us.. I have everything I need in this little plaza. read more

Doesn't need another review to say how great it is, Trader Joe's is Trader Joe's. However, the parking situation is sometimes (no- all the time) annoying, and customers seem to have no regard for denting others' cars by leaving carts scattered throughout the lot. Granted, there is only one lonely cart return station, but people could be better about bringing them back to the curb. Tonight I found a cart left in front of my car...and the cart return was ten feet away. Really?! read more

Definitely not a fan of the new Trader Joe's. It was a poor choice to move in order to sell beer and wine. The New Hampshire Liquor store is right across the street. The parking on the weekend is horrible. I had to park in front of DSW. They should have made Trader Joe's bigger since they were adding beer and wine. SMH. This location is like over 10,000 sq.ft. big now, and they needed this size so much. If you like the old TJ at Tyngsboro, you're gonna love this supercharged version. I typically dislike browsing overly big supermarkets as I want to go in, get my stuff, and check out quick. But this TJ, at this size, with such brightly-lit layout & escalated level of customer service, I somehow don't mind, strange huh? Now when Whole Foods enter this area (yes, it will as it's already published on their site), TJ can still compete and even win hands down. Great move indeed. P.S. I frequent this grocery store at least once every week and a half to load up on salad, premade enchiladas, gourmet cheeses and 3$ bottles of wine. The employees are extraordinarily helpful and nice. They always make sure to ask you if you found everything ok and if you need them to find you something. I was wandering around the sausage display looking for breakfast sausage and one of the workers saw me browsing and asked if I needed something in particular. She could have easily walked past me. Sidenote: They only carry chicken breakfast sausage. The aisles are always neatly stocked. In some instances they are out of things such as the rosemary marinated chicken (pre-made) or the cranberry/almond stuffed chicken or even cilantro dip however the trip is always worth it. I bought 2 wild frozen lobster tails for 12.99$! I'm in love with this store, the location is convenient. Parking is reasonable despite sharing space with Marshall's, DSW, five guys, etc. Even when I've walked in there 20 minutes to closing time, the associate's are still friendly. Wine tastings are frequent and moderately priced and usually recommended to pair with a delicious cheese. read more

I buy and buy and buy and buy and. . . You get the picture. Many of their products are top-o'-the-line. The Roasted Seaweed Snacks and the Ridge Cut Potato Chips with Sea Salt are so dang delicious... you won't go back to Ruffle's. There are some others. Here's the thing: closely examine many of the products as measured / evaluated from your prior purchases. They are cheapening the products. Using inferior or less than ideal ingredients, lessening the weights (yet, not the price), and as I listed above the Ridge Cut Chips they crush the bags either in the delivery or stock; therefore, the last quarter of the bag is unusable for dips. The potstickers are not filled with adequate and tasty innards. The Hatch Valley salsa redounds with seeds and peel. The thing to do then is to bring back the product until they correct these issues. After all, they do have a customer assurance policy. Their produce is fair to mediocre at best. Improvement is needed here. The store is too small for the amount of customers and product they handle at times. Parking is chaotic. read more

I will never buy produce here again. I came here two nights ago specifically to buy strawberries and literally all of the strawberries they had out were moldy; when I asked an employee if I could have a non moldy package from the back, she responded 'if we have any'. read more

Nice store. Love your products except meats. More than a half-million customers have signed a petition asking Trader Joe's to stop selling beef, poultry and pork raised on antibiotics, yet you have not shown us any love and continue to sell antibiotic-raised meat. Eighty percent of all antibiotics sold in the United States are used on food animals, contributing to antibiotics losing their effectiveness for all of us. This has to stop, and I am asking Trader Joe's to stop selling meat that is contributing to this public health crisis. Simply offering your customers a choice of antibiotic-raised and non-antibiotic raised meat is not good enough, given how serious this problem is. You are welcome to Hollis-Brookline-Amherst area of New Hampshire. read more

We stopped here on our way to a camping trip. The fruit stayed good way longer than the fruit we got at shawls later in the week. The selection was broad and delicious. They recommended a fabulous wine and champagne and even gave me a free reusable bag! We are headed back to Texas tomorrow and will absolutely be stopping here before boarding our train in Boston! read more

TJ's is a really interesting experience in food shopping. Their items are very reasonably priced and the quality is outstanding. If you have any problem with something you have purchased they will happily refund or replace it. Service is wonderful and you never have to wait in line. My biggest beef with TJ's however, is their complete and total disregard for the NH State law that requires unit prices. Interestingly some of the cheese selections have price by unit, but certainly not all. Every other grocery store in Nashua posts unit prices. There is no reason for TJ's not to post them, other than trying to make it harder and more costly to shop there. read more

I figured since it was a health food store that is popular amongst vegetarians they'd carry a great selection of vegetarian faux meats, but to my surprise, they only carried Morning star, the most generic and unhealthy brand of faux meats, and 2 bags of their own brand TJ "chicken" products... that's it! There are so many great products our there such as Quorn and Beyond Meat, I was incredibly disappointed to not find any greater selection there. I made quite a long drive to this store only to leave with 3 items.. =/ Wasn't quite worth the gas money. If the employee in charge of ordering stock, or even store manager, sees this review.. PLEASE order more vegetarian friendly "meat" products!!! They're mostly all frozen and don't take up much stock room, and last a long while so it won't be wasted product. read more
