Everything was neatly organized and I found everything I was looking for. They had lots of items in stock and good prices. My friend recommended me to try the propolis for immunity support. Glad that the outer box was also wrapped. I also tried their bottle oolong tea and it was soooo good. Lovely strong tea flavor but not bitter. The staff were friendly, great service and I love the cleanliness and freshness of the store and items they carry.

Their quality of food is great. I noticed when I first walked in the door that they had a variety of flowers. Let me tell you that section stayed busy! It seemed like every other person was walking out with flowers. I bought some food items with great prices compared to sprouts. However, they did not have a large variety of vegetarian frozen food. The store is clean and organized.

This is a wonderful Trader Joe's location! Place is clean and there's plenty of parking. The staff is friendly and they go out of their way to assist. All the cashiers are open at the same time. The stuff here is always fresh and the cheese section is out of this world! I love their seasonal snacks as well. Eggs here are cheap compared to other stores. Dairy products are top notch. Great place for groceries!

Came in to check out the new expansion and so far so good! Open for business but still under construction. Much bigger and roomier then before with all the same great items! Staff was very helpful and there were no lines. Lots of check out stands ready to help you. Everyone seems to be excited and pleased about it from the shoppers to the employees. Excited for them to finish. Wonderful to have them at Orange Mall!

This is my go to store. I live so close that if I need something for the fridge I can be there in less than five minutes on foot. Outstanding customer service from the staff; Madelyn, Gwen, Emily, Brittney, Madison, Chiara, Peri, Lei, Allison, Alexis, Cheyenne, and Eileen..... All do outstanding work! I have been to grocery stores all over planet earth. This location has the nicest, friendliest, employees I have ever encountered. The prices are very reasonable compared to other grocery stores. I really like some of the unique products, like the pasta sauces, cheeses, and chips. The thanksgiving Chips are epic! I really look forward to them every year. As a matter of fact, they're better than my actual thanksgiving dinner. I consider myself fortunate to have a store this great, so close to my doorsteps!

Cool store here in Tustin, Ca. I actually like this location better than my usual one. But I only came to this one because I was around the area. The store seemed smaller than others that I've been too, but I enjoyed it more. Very clean, well organized, spacious enough inside, comfortable aisles. Good variety of products, enough choices for everyone. Staff were very helpful and kind. I had to talk to them since I didn't know where things were.

Do they sell Daelman's stroopwafels here?

I think you'll be able to find a little package at any of the stores. I do believe the brand name is on the package, Trader Joe's brands just about everything that goes into their stores, but I'm not sure if it is Daelman's. Still, I've had them… Read more

Time for an update! This is the closest grocery store to me, so it's the one I shop at the most. To…read morebe honest, if there were competition at the same distance (besides Walmart and Target, which are fairly close), I'm not sure this would be my go-to grocery store. They just did another reshuffling of the aisles, which always confuses me for a while, but they added back full-size racks around the pharmacy. The last remodel added shorter racks for the medication, and they were backlit. It made the pharmacy feel special, like a store within a store. They instead cleared out the front of those same aisles for holiday seasonal displays. I think it's harder to find the medication I'm looking for now. You do need to app if you want certain deals, but check that receipt because they don't always work. I've had to call someone over twice in the past few months because the signage didn't match the price given. I feel bad for people who may not have or want a smartphone. The people who work here are more efficient than friendly. You'll often feel like you're interrupting a conversation between two employees unless you use self-checkout. Some are really nice. You'll often feel like you're interrupting a conversation between two employees unless you use self-checkout. I also hate that you have to answer a couple of questions every time you swipe/tap to pay. They always want a donation for something, and/or ask, "Would you recommend this location to someone else?" I'd like to opt out of those. The selection around the store is pretty good, and they do have good sales. There are a couple of things I need to buy at another grocery store, but they can't have everything. I do like the gas discount at Chevron stations. Finally, the bathrooms are gas-station-level. Always dirty, graffiti in places, chipped tiles, and/or sinks. Paper towels are usually on the floor. It's not a pleasant experience. Now I'm not a fan of having a code to get into the bathroom, but if they remodeled these, and they were nice, I wouldn't mind. ,

Everything is displayed nicely with wide aisles to walk through. You can use self checkout or a clerk. My biggest reason they don't receive 5 stars and I rarely shop here is the prices. They are very high priced. And when you buy a lot of groceries it sure adds up quick.

My group of friends and I were purchasing snacks and waiting respectfully in line at Register 14. Our group consisted of one African American individual and three Southeast Asian individuals. When it was our turn to check out, the cashier told us the store was closed and refused to ring up our items. She directed us to customer service instead. When we went to customer service, we were informed that the store was actually still open until 10:00 PM. What made the situation even more upsetting was that after refusing to serve us, the cashier immediately rang up the customer behind us. If the store was truly closed, why were other customers still being checked out? The entire interaction felt targeted, disrespectful, and humiliating. While I cannot know the cashier's intentions, being denied service while another customer was served moments later left my friends and me feeling singled out and unwelcome. Rather than argue, I left all of my items behind and walked out. I have shopped at 99 Ranch for years and never expected to experience something like this. I hope management reviews the surveillance footage and register activity from Register 14 around 9:00 PM on June 6, 2026, and addresses why customers were falsely told the store was closed while others continued to receive service. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Per their policies, you can't give them items to put on the cake, so I ended up doing that myself- which wasn't too hard. I went to pick up the cake yesterday and was very happy to see that the color was a perfect shade of Minnie Mouse pink and the white polka dots looked so cute. I did have Angel take the dots off the top since I needed to add the decorations- and she was so gracious to do so. She did such a great job. And also, Rosa was extremely helpful when I placed the cake order. For $22.99, Ralphs did an outstanding job of helping the decorations stand out and just be even cuter! I'd definitely come back to order another cake from them! (I did taste the buttercream frosting so I knew how it would taste- and I'm expecting the cake to be as good! :-)

HOWEVER, it's such an unpleasant experience I have to mentally prepare myself for issues every time I go there. Ever since the new year, when California switched over to new plastic bags for produce, they seem to have trouble stocking them. Do you know how annoying it is to buy a bunch of cilantro and have nothing to put it in? I complained to the checker about it today and they claims it's a warehouse issue but no other grocery store I go to, including the Anaheim Hills Ralphs, has this problem. It's a poor management problem. How difficult is it to anticipate your bag usage and order ahead? Doesn't seem that hard. I wanted to get garlic today and they had a small selection of a couple dozen bulbs that were either moldy or growing shoots so now I have to go to Vons for it. The self checkout system has some weird algorithm where they flag you for a further inspection all the time. Last time I asked it was because I had an extra unused shopping bag in my cart. No other store flags me like this. I get they have to deal with light fingered VP high school kids flooding the store after school but you could tweak your system. They have a person literally watch you check out three feet away. The aisles are tight and it's such a pain to navigate. I don't know why they haven't expanded this store years before now. Overall, Ralph's is a good grocery chain but this store is awful. Corporate should step in and look over management's shoulder to bring it up to the standards of the rest of their stores.
