I was accused by Angus of giving him a hard time, since I pointed out the food was clearly their product and given the fact that the food was spoiled, the right thing to do was to give me my cash refund. A prepared date of a fish dish on February 25 was on the shelf for 5 days which I find concerning. I'm also appalled at the poor customer service.

I found a Micans shoved on a low shelf in the same shriveled condition. I offered to buy it at a lower price but the woman didn't have the authority to adjust the price. I could go on and on. This is usually a great little shop and I have bought several plants there. The customer service woman has no customer service skills whatsoever. She is rude and cold and looks at you like you are a piece of dirt when you make a mistake at the self checkout isle when she tried to help me today she was condescending and said "I told you blah blah blah". I will not stand for that behavior. I will not put up with anyone being rude to me for no reason, because common courtesy and warmth to me is something that I practice every day. And when you are in the service industry you should know to practice that every day. Shame on the people that have this woman still working there and not taking her to the side and explaining how to practice good customer service. Part of my going into a business is the whole experience. And this experience is not a good one.
