As it turned out, my policy lapsed and I had to be set up with their overpriced and substandard company. They apparently were sending notices to an old email address I no longer used. I contacted Shannon about this and nothing truly got resolved. If they offer you insurance with Bristol West, run. Truly a nasty, unethical company. I had a claim due to a wild horse hitting my car in the Nevada desert. I have 3 legitimate estimates for $4000. They paid $2400. Their excuse was that they could total the car if they paid more money. The car is worth more than double the legitimate cost to repair. I guess we'll just have to go with small claims. They did manage to send their worthless newsletter to the correct email. It just showed up in promotions. Time for a complaint to the Department of Insurance. Bad service all the way around.

Asked the following day, no answer. Called the office who had been in contact with Lorena with whom I had the appt., they told me she would have her call me today. No call. Maybe I dodged a bullet. Cancelling happens, but do not waste my time by setting another day only to ghost me. This was important and I at least deserve a call from the receptionist.
