I've been a regular customer at Traditional for a long time but after today I won't be back for a while. I love the staff but the inconsistency is frustrating. I always buy Pink Gelato and the 3.5g has been out for almost 3 months. Every time I ask about it, I get the same vague answer: "We don't know." So.....I've been forced to buy 5g because that is the only strain that I enjoy. What really upset me was today. Sundays from 2-6 pm are supposed to be happy hour but at 3:24 pm I was told they weren't honoring it because it's Mother's Day. That makes no sense. Other holidays never stopped happy hour before, so why now? There was also no text, notification or sign letting customers know. As a regular customer who spends a lot of money here it's disappointing to constantly deal with inconsistency and poor communication. read more

This spot is so nice! I've been coming here for a few months and I've enjoyed the experience each time. The budtenders are always very nice and patient - and on my recent visit, Selena was especially kind and helpful! And I really dig their selection, they always have a good stock of things and a lot of variety! It does get a bit busy on Fridays (parking can be a bit weird, but there's ton behind the building and plenty of street), but worth the wait in my opinion. It's surely becoming a favorite! read more

I was completely ripped off by Traditional. I placed an order on Weedmaps for a 50ml jar of CBD heavy balm. I went to Traditional to pick up the order, paid, and only when I got home did I realize they gave me a 15ml jar instead. I opened the packaging but not the actual seal on the container before I realized. I tried to get a refund and they would not do it. I would have agreed to store credit but they still wouldn't do it. This was their mistake for listing the product wrong, and they even admitted it was their mistake, but they refused to do anything to make it right and I just have to eat it. Avoid this store at all costs. There are many other dispensaries in LA who actually care about their customers. I don't know who actually owns this place but I hope no one ever has to get scammed by Traditional again. read more

I recently had an issue with a batch of flower I purchased. While it was disappointing at first, Soraida, the manager, really went above and beyond to help. Although the replacement wasn't quite the same quality as what I usually get, it's still decent, and I appreciate the effort. I also know that everything is pre-packaged, so sometimes it can be a hit or miss. That said, I've always had great experiences with this shop before, and that's why this incident was surprising. The quality usually meets my expectations, and I appreciate how Sorayda handled the situation. This is awesome. Fast speedy and great greens. Super clean place has a lot of variety and easy accessibility to get in and out.

Bought a disposable vape from Traditional, got home, and it doesn't work. The device shows an error code. After troubleshooting, it still doesn't work. I went back to Traditional, and they said they can't do anything. No refund, no replacement, and can't take the device back and claimed it would be illegal for them to do so. They claim "it's not federally regulated" which apparently gives them an excuse to not try and do right by their customer base. The vape was still full, which was shown, and they offered to sell another device. If you buy anything from them and it doesn't work, you're out of luck, I guess. I'd argue that's what you call a scam. What's stopping them from selling more defective devices? Absolutely wrong. read more

I don't even leave the store when I noticed it wasn't a ready to use one and needed a battery so I told them if I can change it and pay extra. the MANAGER (that came out the back office) didn't let me change it and said I had to buy the battery for the cart instead. they lost a good customer. Before the last 2 days I liked this place! If you are not going to stay open till 10 then change the time you have posted everywhere. I have been at the door 2 days in a row yesterday at 945pm and today at 948. They refuse to open the door and let me in I told Them I know exactly what I want so it will only be a second. Nope didn't give a a s**t. I said this is the second day in a row. He said get there earlier! sorry that's not exactly possible sometimes when you have to work to take care of your family. And they were not busy at all. There was three people working and two customers in the store! I have lived in this area my whole life and I was happy about this place before this all happened. I've always shopped here and got amazing customer service, but last year i was sold product that had a very old date compared to the display, i brought it to their bud tenders attention on my next visit and he said that shouldn't have happened and that's impossible. Fast forward to today, i asked the packaged date to avoid this situation happening and the bud tender tells me one thing but sold me something older. Basically exact same thing happened and i go back immediately and they said there was nothing they can do about it and this time they said " I'm not sure how that happened, i cant even sell these so they shouldn't be out here" now this is the second time this has happened. Why have something on display that you can't sell and why trick the customer into buying something older than what you have on display? read more
