Called this place six times over the span of two hours to check stock--no answer once. I had a great experience here last week, so I decided to come in anyway. Completely different story this time. Walked in and there was only one other customer in the entire store, yet still no sense of urgency or basic customer service. No greeting, minimal interaction, and staff seemed disengaged. After trying that many times to call ahead and then seeing how slow things were in person, there's really no excuse for not answering the phone. I ended up walking out without buying anything. Big drop-off from my last visit. Consistency and basic communication need serious improvement. read more

This place practically NEVER has a working debit card terminal, and they categorically refuse to buy an ATM or have any other type of solution. I have literally shopped here 250+ times. This is a pattern. Expect to drive up to be greeted by a single saying "debit terminal down, cash only" and no ATM on site. Conveniently, also no ATMs nearby that work. 7/11 in the corner has an ATM that frequently out of service, Shells has been out of service for months. If this place cared at all, they'd have an ATM. Their system has gone down HUNDREDS of times. It's not new, it's not a surprise, it's straight up refusal to care about the customer experience. I have brought this up dozens of times, employees agree but management may as well not even exist since they do NOTHING to help. Save yourself the hassle and go to a proper shop that's not in the worst part of town and actually cares about their customers. I recommend The Set in Los Feliz for a better selection, an ATM on site and better prices. read more

If I could put a zero star I would! My first review got deleted but just know they use harmful pesticides and insecticides in their products. Don't forget they like to use old weed as well, instead of throwing bad bud the right way they would rather repack and resell. Farm to lighter. This is my favorite dispensary in Los Angeles. They grow their own flower on site so the quality and freshness is second to none. 15/10 would recommend this to anyone. Hands down my new spot in SoCal. A beautiful dispensary with their own grown plants on display as you walk in. If you love a super stoney indica they grow their own and it's fire. Try the "High Season Mintz", I keep coming back for more and you will be too. Oh and most importantly all the staff are incredibly nice and genuinely want to help you find your perfect strain or whatever you came in for. Idk about the rest of you but going to a dispensary during a pandemic has changed everything about the experience. I purchased a bag of big bud space breakers online as a special. Upon opening the bag it was stems galore popcorn bud. The thc content online is incorrect, it actually lower. I don't think it's intentional, however, this was a great opportunity to prove customer service. I was literally misrepresented and sold the wrong item and the manager was on willing to work with me in any way, shape or form I called twice to explain the situation and that I would've never found out. It's the wrong product if I didn't open the bag. So it's a catch 22. It's extremely disappointing with cannabis dispensaries popping up all over the place customer service is a must. All the flower is grown in house and I can assure you it is nothing but fire every time. The shop has an amazing Kobe mural on the side that makes it worth the visit even if you don't go inside.
