I…read morerecently bought a new truck and the lights weren't working on the trailer even though the new truck was a chevy (same brand as previous truck, just a newer model) Their shop guy quickly got me into the shop with my trailer and troubleshooting began, determined several of the lights were shorted or bad wiring or both. So appointment was made the following week and the trailer was dropped off just after 9am and was done by 11am completed as promised. All lights are working and a new plug in adapter was installed. I want every person out there to know how awesome they are at Hardcastles and how well you will be taken care of.

Just so much creepy small talk from this dude. As far as the rvs, they were falling apart! The interior was getting too hot I think and was peeling apart! Mediocre looking really. Rubber in seams outside popping up and coming off, water leaking inside trailer when rains! Under carriage coming down with globs of foam/rubbing bulging out. I was told they changed their name to blue compass from Blue dog rv so they can delete all the negative reviews they have. Took trailer back to service sept and They now are shipping my Trailer back east to the manufacturer because it has to be rebuild. The structure isn't sound which was causing the bulges by 1x 6's. Three different ones. Bed room door frame shifted. People in the office said "this trailer is a piece of sh*t"! Their words..... I've had this trailer Making 350.00 a month payments for 1.5 yrs. NEVER have I been able to used it and they have had it 11 months plus after contacting the manufacturer they are shipping it back east for repairs because the service dept submitted for over 20K of work needed to be done. So now they will have it over 3 months and I'm still having to make payments! Blue compass/dog makes tons of money on these broken trailers! DO NOT GET CONNED buying a trailer there! Or Any broken trailer needing repairs before u buy'!

I was told quite frankly that oh we can't pull somebody away from their job because they need to make money. What kind of customer service is that? I have a trusted RV technician who recommended Johnson for the repairs. I was put in touch with Ben from Johnson's collision department. I sent in pictures and the requested information to Ben. He got back to me the next day with an estimate. The estimate was reasonable considering the damage. The biggest delay was waiting for the parts to arrive from Jayco, but once they arrived, the repairs were completed within a week. The repairs were perfect. Ben was a superstar in his professionalism. His politeness/respect, and attention to detail were refreshing. I was kept abreast of the progress throughout. Ben completed the insurance interactions beyond my expectations. Give Ben a raise!
