Went online to get a trailer quote and received one the next day . The person I spoke with was very helpful I told them I would like to stop my the Medford store to look at some trailers . The next day I arrived Thursday @ 1;30 the gate was closed so I called the number on the gate and spoke with someone that said they were open to ring the bell and someone would be out to open the gate. After waiting for a few minutes nobody showed up so I opened the gate and drove in , after I parked and got out someone came out of the building and said they were on lunch and closed . I told him I was wanting to purchase a trailer and had a quote and would like to just look at some trailers he said no and told me I would need to make an appointment he was busy and couldn't help me . Come to this place on a Saturday morning ready to plop down thousands of dollars and buy a trailer. Get told that there are only 2 people in today and that with 1 other customer and 1 inspection underway they would not be able to help us, that we'd have to come back after 2 o'clock. Told my husband that $1.00 would hold the trailer if we wanted to make an appointment and come back another day. The attitude was borderline rude, dismissive and short. We went down the road and did purchase a trailer. Showed up to a locked gate during business hours. Turns out the guy working "prefers" you have an appointment to even look at what they have. Super snotty customer service and not much variety. Prices for cargo trailers were cheaper in California which was surprising. read more

So I went to this company on a Friday, and there were orange cones up in front of the entrance, So I parked outside and walked around their lot looking at trailers. Nobody ever came to ask if I needed any help. So I left. Then I went home and looked them up online, and after reading all the negative Yelp reviews, I realized I probably should make an appointment if I wanted to buy a trailer. So the next morning I called them and talked to a woman that asked me some questions, and then she said I could go look at trailers that day, and what time was good for me. I told her 1 pm would be good, and she told me that was fine, and she would notify them that I would be coming. Then, when I get there, orange cones are still up, but I parked outside, and went to the office. When the guy finally got off the phone, he asked what I needed, and I told him I was there to look at some trailers. He asked if I had an appointment, and I said yes, and gave him my name. He looked in the computer and my name was not in there. I told him that I had talked to a woman and she said I could come at 1 pm. Then he tells me that appointments have to be made on their website, and that calling a phone number and telling someone you are coming after lunch is not making an appointment. Soooo as much i appreciate the salesman i worked with , unfortunately they have no communication skills. Worked on a deal , was not approved through them , went to the bank. Was approved . They told us to reserve the trailer on their website , which was not working . They even told us it was down that we should try again the following day. Which we did , the trailer then showed SOLD online , so we called . They said the website seemed it was still down but that it was currently showing my phone number under the trailer. WHEN IN REALITY THE TRAILER SOLD AFTER WE LEFT THE DAY BEFORE!! Im very unsure as to why there was NO COMMUNICATION. We called multiple times , and again when the trailer sold , no phone call . If you want to do business where tyhey treat their customers like crap, then this is the place to go. TrailerPlus Medford, OR is a dealership that really does not need your business, they don't tell you all the fees they add after they agreed to the sale price which was supposed to have everything included. If you want to see a Sales Representgative go from a person willing to help to a complete JERK then see Ron White (I don't know if this is his correct name or he does not want his real name posted). I was not the only customer they treated unprofessionally, another Sales Representative was on the phone with a customer and you could not avoid the conversation since the Sales Representative was at the stage of yelling at the customer. I work for a public entity. I called and tried to get a quote to give to the business manager and I was told they don't give quotes. I asked how do I give the information to my business manager? they said to take it off of the internet. I asked does that cover doc and license and registration fees? they said no. i asked how much those are and was told just add a couple hundred to the cost on the internet. so I did and submitted the request to the business manager and got the check. I called and said I'm on my way to pick up the trailer and I have the check. I was then told that they don't take checks but, they take credit cards. Our credit card only has a small limit on it so I went to business manger and she called the bank and got our limit raised. I called again and told them I was on my way with the credit card. I was literally driving out of the maintenance yard when I got a text saying they would only take a credit card with my name on it. Our credit card does not have my name on it. It is a company card that 20 plus people use. I am very disappointed with their customer service! Plus you never get to talk to someone local that can help solve your issues. Just be aware Of how they do business. We are stuck in limbo. We need a trailer now! I have tried to pay Them two different ways and was told NO! This WILL be the last time this public entity does business with them! read more

High praise for the team up in Medford. I needed to purchase a large, enclosed trailer for a move to Alaska. After searching across two states, found the one I wanted in Medford. I lived out of state, so had to reserve it sight-unseen. Dakota and the team at TrailersPlus were knowledgeable and helped configure the trailer remotely, based on my needs. When I arrived, it was ready to go, but I had a last minute addition I wanted added. They took care of adding some equipment to the trailer while I completed the paperwork inside, stepped me through all the operating and maintenance instructions, and I was on my way in about an hour. I contacted the guys at the Medford TrailersPlus in early January about a trailer. I went ahead and reserved on for end of the month for pickup. As I got closer the pickup date, I periodically checked in with them and to confirm good to go. I was traveling from out of state and they had the trailer all ready to go for inspection. Upon purchase, they took me out and they went over the trailer one more time with me watching and then walked me through hooking up the trailer and what to watch for when purchasing a new trailer.
