I understand these things happen with employees and sometimes management might not be aware, so kudos to NIRVC Las Vegas to being open about the disconnect and their desire to improve. I feel much better. I'd love to upgrade to 5-stars on my next update when I have an opportunity to use the actual services for maintenance and repair.

Prior to her involvement, I was not receiving any communications from the assigned service advisor. Sarah was able to get things back in track, communicating with me to get the work scheduled and completed. She also followed up to my inquiries in a timely fashion and reached out to ensure I was satisfied with the end product. Truly grateful for her involvement, outstanding customer service and professionalism. Cannot wait to work with her again! Austerberto is the "gold standard" as it relates to customer service. Austerberto helped me with an issue with my vehicle as my battery was unexpectedly discharging for reasons unknown. He immediately identified the issue and recommended a solution. Please keep in mind, he works in Valet Services (the Manager), and is not a Service Advisor. However, in speaking with others, these type of actions are common as he always goes above and beyond to help customers. Austerberto naturally exudes positivity and professionalism, creating an atmosphere of comfort and trust for NIRVC clientele. He is a "shining star and leader" at NIRVC who appears to manages his area of responsibility very well and truly has the "pulse of the customer."

I've spoken w/ Loren more than once since then and he's always been nothing but knowledgeable and helpful. Then as it was getting closer to the 4/22 date we called again and he told "ME" to stop harassing him and said it would be there by the end of the month. I rearranged our trip by 10 days and heard nothing from them, we called again near the end of the month and told him we needed to cancel our trip or we would lose the $$$$ we had paid for reservations and excursions. He hung up on me again!!!! We did and lost well over $500 that was not refundable. So in the middle of May we cancelled the order, Sarah said we could not cancel the order. Contacted the bank and they did the rest....Just got the letter that the dispute had been resolved!!!! First the back tail lights pop off if you go over the slightest bump, the brand I bought is BIGTEX. Then the winch they sell you a 15,000 lb winch kinks and the braided metal rope frays. The next month rolling off a bin that was empty the winch and the bin snap off the trailer almost injuring an innocent bystander, instead of replacing the winch they made me buy another one because they didn't have any in stock apparently. After that they referred me to buy a 12000 lb Badland Apex winch from Harbor Freight. I'm now currently having issues with the winch and don't feel like I'm being taken care of I asked for a refund and they told me that they don't do refunds. I STRONGLY suggest to save yourself a headache and confrontation from the OWNER BRUCE he is a money hungry ASSHOLE with no customer service or appreciation for your business. We had a phone meeting with Don and he explained the process from there. Our van is a 2018 Mercedes sprinter passenger van. They asked for some pictures of the van and some other questions so they could decide if the build was doable. I appreciate the fact that they would discussing our van and our wishes to make sure that they could deliver what we want. After we learned that they could/would build our van out they did some 3D renderings of the what our vans finished build would look like. We were very pleased that they could do all the little changes that we want. Bemyvan uses cnc machinery for precision cuts. Taking out the human element in this case is a good thing. They also do hand cuts for one off productions. I like the fact that they bench test their plumbing fixtures before the install as well. You can tour the facility and look at current van builds as well. This made my wife and I feel better. It was a little nerve racking to drop off our van out of state along with a big check. Bemyvan has not cut any corners on our van build and I appreciate that. I would definitely recommend them for your van build and I can't wait for ours to be done.

This establishment is a sloppy, double-charging rip-off!…read more Do Not Use Them! There are many other options out there! I contracted HH because I have seen them throughout the resort doing work on other rigs. I should have spoken to my neighbors and/or read their Yelp reviews before calling, but I scheduled an estimate to replace a worn awning on my 28ft travel trailer. After the estimator arrived, I was quoted a price just under $800 for parts and labor, but i failed to get it in writing. They came out the following week with the new awning and proceeded to remove the old one. Somehow, the torsion spring assembly broke. This was strange to us because we tested the awning motor and the spring and the old one opened and retracted without problems. They also discovered that the LED light strip was loose and they recommended replacement, so I approved that as well. Another week went by and somehow, my estimate went from $800 to $1380! I didn't understand how additional parts totaling less than $325 equated to a $600 increase! I was frustrated but I agreed to the updated price and once again, I failed to get it in writing. Though I was frustrated with HH, I was still trying to trust that they would do right by us. Boy was I wrong! The work was finally completed the following week, and I received an invoice for nearly $2200! This was supposed to be an $800 job taking two hours, but the invoice showed .5 hours for the estimate, which was fine. They then charged 3 hours (two workers) to remove the old awning, but stopped work when the torsion arm broke and the damaged LED strip. This was fine. But when they returned with the proper parts, they charged an additional 3 hours even though most of the work was already done! They were trying to charge me 5.5 hours of labor for a two hour job! They were resetting their work time with every trip to our site. I spoke to the rep on the phone and complained about the amount. He first asked if i was a vet, and that I could get a military discount. He then magnanimously offered a $600 discount, which I rejected. I demanded a return to the originally agreed upon estimate of $1380 and not a penny more. It took a couple of days, but the rep finally met my demand, and when I then asked for my military discount, he declined to award it as I already "saved" $900 on the "labor" they took off the invoice! To make matters worse, the persons who did the work left a mess on the site after they finished! We found nails, ripped pieces of the old fabric and some rubber material littered throughout the site! These guys are crooks. and they screwed with the wrong veteran. Moral: talk to your neighbors before calling an rv repair person, and if nothing else, consult Yelp! 1/3 of HH's reviews on Yelp are 2 or less. That's not coincidence.

Just called today to set up our trip and how lucky for me they "updated" there system and any old reservation from 2023 and back are no longer in the system. The trip started fine until we reached the RV park at 12am. No water hoses, sewage lines or TV cable for full hook ups, NOTHING. Next the slide pop out had trouble opening. Next the fridge stopped working and a strong smell of ammonia was coming from it, next the CO2 alarm started going off and never shut off. The alarm was so loud (and rightfully) so the RV park made us leave. We then had to rent a hotel for the duration of our trip. The 1800 roadside service number I called had me on hold for over a hour with finally no one to service us. This all sounds like the worst experience right? Yes, but I was told my account would be noted and a redo trip was appropriate. I didn't want my money back. I wanted exactly what they said they would do. Family trips are not easy and not something we can do every year, but 21 months later and a baby later we decided to have another go at RV'ing. I've rented before from Road Bear and every time we had a issue they solved it, but now with "The new system" I'm screwed? So when you rent from them babysit and double check their work, make sure everything is working and all equipment is ready and if you have any issues just know they will fight you now tooth and nail on their screw up thanks to the "new system". I was told by someone I was clearly bothering that an upper management person would reach out to tell me in a higher paid voice I'm SOL.

In seven years of RV-ing, it's become pretty tough finding a good, reliable, honest shop. The RV industry, especially since Covid's arrival, has been booming. Manufacturers are pushing them out the door as fast as they can build them, with quality suffering tremendously. Service providers are overwhelmed and have little incentive to do the right thing Camping World is a perfect example, and most everyone I've traded war stories with agree. In my humble opinion they should be avoided if at all possible. Anyway, our experience Henderson RV has given me renewed faith that there are still folks out there that will do what they say they will do, when they say they'll do it. Also worth noting is that they've not tried to sell me anything I don't need and I appreciate that. Both Terrell, the service writer, and Don, the owner have been easy to work with and have responsive and available when I've needed to talk to them. Their prices, I believe, are fair. It is for all the above reasons that I highly recommend them, and have every intention to be a loyal customer.

It also appears someone attempted to move our fifth wheel as it had been pushed off of the jack stands. Overall disappointed as you cannot get in contact with anybody on the weekends at all, and when my husband came to tell them that we had removed our rig, and then we were canceling our storage space they seemed to overall unconcerned. He then tried to bait and switch on the payment after offering $250. The tow truck driver "only has a check." Recycling companies are notorious for paying with check that bounce. All they need as the title signed and they got all the leverage. He said "just take picture of my truck" which I could not find the company on google maps. The guy acts like he is leaving then bust out $225 cash and said that's all he can I offer. I say no the offer is $250. He then pretends to leave again and then comes back with an offer of $225 plus $25 check but at this rate all trust is gone. Every one of these companies use the same shady tactics. Edit: updated with google review response. My phone records all calls and gives a transcript of the conversation as well. I told you how companies like peddle offer checks and they end up bouncing and you said that's fine cause we pay cash. Look at the sass and disrespect in his response.
