It was clean, set up to show off and go through, and thoroughly gone through to address anything wrong or not ready BEFORE we arrived! We live 5hrs from RC and handled so much over the phone the customer service was great even taking the time to FaceTime us to go over the trailer before we drove so far. Finance was easy and great which often times not the case with buying new. The walkthrough was great and they noted a handle that needed replacing (they would have done b4 we arrived but we came for pickup quick so they had no time) so they set up for us to get it near us when we get home to be more convenient for us. Finally got it out of there with new batteries and brought it to rosedale Rv. Ed had it diagnosed and the part on order within a week or two.
