Then they claimed it would take an hour of shop time. Well I wasn't about to be shaken down by these con artists so I left. You know what they did. They called the county sheriff!!! Over something so insignificant and minor, this is how they treat customers. Even at their estimate at most the damage was 120 dollars. But actually the only money they would be out is the cost of paint because they are paying their shop guys already! Unbelievable! Do business with these fools at your own risk

I overpaid for the travel trailer because who I talked to on the phone didn't run the tabs/fees for the county we live in/store it in, it took camper world over a month to send me a check to refund what I overpaid plus I had to call them to inquire about it before they sent the check. We picked up the trailer and the sales rep acted like we were an inconvenience being there as other people were looking at campers and they litterally pull the trailer up, give you the keys and told us we could look on YouTube how the camper works because we didn't pay the 1500 or 2400 dollar "package" they offer. They didn't even inquire if I felt comfortable hooking the camper up to my truck. This fine vehicle is powered by an equally vintage International school bus motor. The chassis has its own unique features and design elements. The thought of working on this thing was vaguely terrifying. Fortunately, I was turned on to Thomas Motors. Tom and Junior are skilled mechanics, but what takes them to the next level are three things: First, they are interested in fixing things, not just throwing new parts at the problem. Second, they are unquestionably honest and straight up. Third, they are willing to wrench on vintage International iron. Now you don't need an ancient motorhome to enjoy Thomas Motors.
