I was experiencing vertigo and a few other issues and Dr. Ken got to the root of it immediately and made me feel validated in all of my concerns. Him and his team are the most lovely bunch, they are a well oiled machine, each part doing wonders. The ladies at the front are kind and organized. I came in here about a month ago after trying a few other chiropractors in town. I saw Dr Ken about my back and how messed up it was from years of neglect. We went through a thorough examination. Let him know what was bothering me. He took the time to explain the process what our body goes through and ended up getting an adjustment that same day. Now my back was really messed up and after a few visits, I'm able to sleep again able to walk properly just great technique. I like that he takes the time to loosen muscle muscles before any adjustments. And overall, just a kind person. They have a really nice area for kids with some Nintendo stuff. My son loves it. And the staff is just great they greet you right away. They're nice and they're very good at remembering you which for me is It's good customer. Long story short, my mom and I were in a car accident where we were rear ended while stopped at a red light. Everyone was ok but we had lasting neck, back, and shoulder pain from it so we decided we should try a chiropractor. When I called I spoke to Dr. Ken and he confirmed that we were at the perfect place and he could help my mom and I with the neck, back and shoulder issues that we were feeling. He was able to accommodate us on such short notice. We successfully had our 1st appointment/consultation and adjustment that same day. I came here today for a general chiropractic check after at least 5 years. Ken was PHENOMENAL! He did an assessment first and then some minor adjustments which I basically have never had done. It felt great to have the minor pressure in my lower back and neck released. He gave me a great explanation on the benefits of regular Chiropractic sessions and I enjoyed the entire process. Dr. Ken is the best chiropractor I ever had. I've been suffering from a pinched nerve in my neck for a few decades now. The pain would run down my arm and shoot through my head and cause major migraines. I recently was injured again. This time the pain was more excruciating causing me to go to the ER for a major migraine, numbing in my face and right arm. Dr Ken saw me right away. I was hesitant at first as the prior doctors I've seen would just adjust me and it would not always feel better. Dr. Ken did simple test and was able to pinpoint what's going on. He found the painful points and explained what is happening with my body. He worked on each area that was painful and gave me more mobility in my neck at the first visit.
