I love the location! The current office staff are great! Riley is always smiling and helpful. Drew doesn't hesitate to take care of situations that need attention. It's quiet and I see wildlife and beautiful sunsets! I am close to shops, restaurants, and my job. The maintenance staff is not great. It takes weeks and constant requests for service. The property isn't so big as to justify the lack of urgency and efficiency. Besides that, I am glad to call Trailside home. read more

ICE EVERYWHERE! Talk about unsafe. This complex does not pay their Maintenance crew enough so there is only 1 maintenance person on staff right now. Because he's only one guy, he can't keep up. Maintenance has always been kind and does their best. The complex is the problem with wasteful spending. This last year they raise the rent by $300/month, did a crack seal/overlay on the parking lot (which will just look like crap again this spring), painted all the exteriors of the apartments and re-did the leasing office. Be prepared to have your own shovel, your own ice pick and ice melt. I've reported the issue in the photos for 3 years straight just to be told they've had "vendors look at it." And then close the request. This is incredibly unsafe. If there is an emergency then someone is running out of the building and cracking their skull open. The other exit to this building is also unsafe. The ONLY saving grace to this place is how much the underpaid staff tries. They try their best to accommodate what they can. Maintenance has helped our building by providing ice melt for when they can't be available. I have a lot of respect for the employees who work here and this review is not about them. It's about a poorly managed complex and a business who's priorities have been only on aesthetics and not about retaining employees or maintaining a safe apartment complex. Maintenance has had some improvements as far as completing work orders when requested, which is very helpful for day to day living. I am still very underwhelmed by the lack of care & upgrades ( which are just normal things to expect ) on the presentation of how you live everyday. I wish they would do some updates. I have also discovered that what is a year round pool & hot tub are completely filthy & cold. No way you would use them. I don't see people in there. I will see how it looks in the summer. This was a decent place to live at first but by the 2nd year the property went downhill from maintenance requests taking weeks on end to be completed and when the work was completed it was subpar and had to be redone, dog feces left by the dog owners was never picked up and it was everywhere, the parking lots were treacherous in the winter with ice everywhere, the lights in the common areas were constantly burned out and not replaced making it very dark in the early mornings and at night and the dumpsters had a constant overflow of trash. Jessica the leasing agent was sweet as can be to reel you in and sign a lease but was a completely different person to deal with after move in. She is the most unprofessional, rude and condescending individual to deal with. I got to the point that I would speak to anyone but her. Professional Maintenance Team with 3 Hour Service Response- LIE My mom moved in back at the start of June, they have work orders for a stove that doesn't work, closet door fell off the track on top of a 75 year old woman, still not fixed, sister's closet shelf/ rod fell in the middle of the night and they"fixed" it with a bent/broken shelf that will not stay up. Pool has been broken for over a month and the hot tub has not worked since June, this is just the begining. Closet door in the 2nd bedroom has fallen off the track several times. TLDR: poor work order completion, maintenance uses garages and multiple shipping containers for supplies. The grounds are smelly, have poor drainage which results in tons of mosquitos and horse flies, constantly muddy, and dog poop everywhere. Poorly done renovations. Over- reaching office team that nit picks everything from how you park your car to how long guest's cars are allowed to stay in the parking lot without forking over more money if I could leave 0 stars I would. Before we even moved in they were making excuses for not completing work orders. I lived in building 13 in the unit with the large burn hole in the patio wood, it continued slowly chipping away resulting in an actual hole in the patio on the 3rd floor! That hole and the fridge shelves that were held together with clear packing tape were on my non-negotiable list for things that needed to be fixed or at least a work order would need to be started before we moved in and neither were ever fixed. We called about the fireplace not lighting and they said someone would be around, they never came. Parking lot maintenance is awful. They have pot holes and poor drainage, they had a paving company come around to "re-pave" twice in the year that I lived here but the work was all destroyed within a month because the work and supplies were terrible quality. Garages are taken by maintenance crew, I've seen equipment, tools, and old appliances in at least 5 garages while at the same time parking spots are taken up by large shipping containers and dumpsters. But the office is upset about people having to park in front of the office because there are no parking spots! They tow away cars not on a lease after 10pm or demand $5 per car, why do my guests have a curfew? Poor maintenance of the gym (squeaky equipment, stolen weights, very small variety of equipment). Dog poop stations have been repeatedly overflowing creating an AWFUL smell. Breezeway lights are also frequently dead, when I let them know they just say they're understaffed and they will "hopefully replace the light bulbs soon", and that it may be out for a while. The pool is constantly full of leaves and insects during the summer. There are huge portions of the property that are caked with dead grass and mud. On top of everything, there are VERY few options for disabled people or people with strollers, there are basically no side walks, and stairs up or down into the FIRST floor breezeways. There is no reason to not have accessible buildings especially when disabled people are already restricted to the first floor. Somewhere in the lease agreement it states that you cannot back into parking spaces, which to me I assumed it was regarding being able to see your license plate, but Colorado cars require a front and a back license plate so why would they be so strict on how we park? They'll charge you $25 a day if they see your car backed in. Backing out of parking spots leads to increased accidents in parking lots, so they want more accidents in the parking lots just so they can see your tags? They also sent out a memo saying we can't clean our cars in the parking lot! Sorry if I want to dust my car and spot clean the exterior. I would understand if people were lifting their cars up and doing actual work on their cars but just cleaning? This complex is so insane about literally every single thing anyone does except for things that are their fault including leaving storage containers all around the leasing office which arguably decreases visual aesthetics more than hanging plants, wind chimes, bird feeders, and other miscellaneous decor which are all prohibited under their leasing agreement. On top of everything they kept our deposit. We paid around $1900/month, for that much money the complex should've been waaaayy nicer.. Do not move here!!! When we first looked into moving to Trailside, we were so excited at the pricing for a 3 bedroom so each of our boys could have their own room. Jessica, the financial manager, was very welcoming and helpful at the beginning. However, we should've known it was a red flag that we were unable to see the unit we would be moving into prior to the move in date. It was not move in ready whatsoever with a long list of maintenance requests including a crack in the handrail on the stairs that looked like it had been (attempted) to be patched. We never saw a single one of the move in maintenance requests completed. Anytime we had any other requests, it felt like I had to call and email multiple times to get someone to come see it. The only time the team came same day is when our water heater broke, but the repair was messy and they left the floor dirty with drilled drywall from cutting holes in the wall. Further, the water heater was leaking for who knows how long and leaked into the wall down into the neighbor's place. Nobody ever came to inspect if there was a danger for mold, but we certainly saw mold in the drywall closet. The icing on the cake was 2 months before moving out, 2 of our fire alarms were beeping constantly and I reported this directly to the property manager that not even changing the batteries stopped it from beeping and they may need to be replaced. We can't live with constant beeping and had to take down 2 of the alarms and nobody ever came to check or replace them. The rest of the alarms were going off a couple days after the water heater was fixed and there was a slight gas smell, so we immediately evacuated and called the fire department to ensure there was not a carbon monoxide leak. There wasn't, thankfully, but the fire department informed us that every single fire alarm in our apartment was expired (since 2013 or 2014!!!). The fire chief told the on call maintenance technician that all of our fire alarms immediately needed to be replaced that day since expired fire alarms do not work properly and nobody came until the next day. They PUT UP THE SAME alarms throughout the apartment that have an expiration date of 2013/2014 and simply changed the batteries, clearly NOT what the fire department recommended. With major health and safety concerns, we decided to vacate ourselves and our children early and were only offered to waive the early lease break fee even with all of the major issues. Being pregnant with a 4 year old and 2 year old I did not feel safe and would highly not recommend moving here even if the price looks great. read more

I have lived at Trailside for almost 5 years. It was a great complex to begin, but has steadily headed downhill. Maintenance is "if it's a real emergency, we'll show up rather quickly " but routine maintenance doesn't really exist. Right now, for instance, I'm needing a toilet tank fixed because it won't turn off. Put in my request 3/3 - and after numerous calls, I finally got a date of 3/30 to maybe show up. The NEW management is AWESOME Finally, things are looking up. I was so disgusted with the previous management that I was not going to renew my lease. The new management and their attention to detail and request is definitely a breath of fresh air. Our fireplace hasn't worked for over a year now. Every time we go to the office to request a service they always give excuse after excuse. The trash areas are always overflowing because people throw away full sets of furniture. The WiFi and forced cable of direct tv is always a problem. Before the rent is even due on the 1st they send out multiple messages about paying rent on time. I've never missed a rent payment in my life, I understand it's sent out as a mass message but still very irritating to be reminded of things that I already take into account. Rent keeps getting raised to "adjust to surrounding apartment complexes" but the valueI of this complex is not improving. The wood like floors are peeling up, the toilets are out dated. I have been residing at trailside apartments for 5 years, the complex is very close to work so it's convenient, however, the management team is terrible. I have several floods in my apartment and the damage has not been repaired yet and that damage happened in 2018. Repair requests go unanswered but I often the maintenance individuals taking care of the grounds, so it appears that the property is nice while the tenants apartments are not maintained. I have several repairs that have made asked to be fixed and that was 4 months ago. I have contacted the media for help, maybe this will get there attention. For anyone who wants to move in this complex please find another one, I'm sure there are some that are much better than this place, it is not the defintion of Luxury or Home!!!! read more

Moved in less than a month ago and have regretted it everyday. First of all the parking situation sucks-you have to pay additional fees for parking, but there is not parking available still?? So many things were wrong with my apartment that I have noted at time of move in and since, yet only one of the items has been addressed. I came home late on Saturday night from a trip to California and my toilet wouldn't flush. There wasn't any water going into the toilet. I called Sunday morning to tell maintenance my toilet wasn't working. Emily took the message, and since I only had one bathroom in my apartment, she said it would be put in as a emergency call. I hung up the phone, went into the bedroom to get dressed and there was a knock on my door. I quickly got dressed and answered the door. Drew, one of the maintenance guys, was there to fix my toilet! The policy for towing vehicles with expired tags is costing hard working families outrageous amounts. YES, it is true that we all have the responsibility to keep our vehicle tags up to date. When there are medical emergencies, pricey car repairs or any number of other things sometimes renewing tags just can't happen on time. The lot the cars are towed to is 45 minutes away, creating even more hassles. Some states are implementing laws prohibiting vehicles from being towed. This is a blood sucking money maker for towing companies and should be stopped. Sure, if a car is broken down or in pieces, tow it. Otherwise, leave it alone. There happens to be plenty of parking at Trailside and even a non running vehicle is not inconveniencing anyone. My family members who live there struggle as it is,n even though they both have good jobs. I have also spoken with a few residents who have all said the maintenance stinks, and that has been my family's experience as well Was considering moving here myself, but no and I am trying to help my family members get out of there as well. read more

I have lived here for years because they are cheap, but they are definitely cheap for a reason. You have to pay for parking, only get centurylink for internet which is crappy internet, walls are thin, appliances break left and right, and they only patch up the apartment after a tenant leaves so you move in to a place that barely functions. Every single appliance in my apartment including faucets and toilets had an issue. I submitted 15 work orders within a week of living there and three years later the same things are still broken. We have lived hear almost a year and we hate it here. When we walked the property with Stana to see if we wanted to rent it, the model was beautiful and the exterior of the complex looked nice. I own an Internet marketing company so naturally I asked about the hard wired high speed internet which Stana assured me worked in every room. This couldn't be further from the truth. We can only use Century Link and the fastest speed they offer is 30mbps. The hard wired ports also do not work here. We had to fight and argue with Century Link before we were asked to pay to re-wire the unit only to be reimbursed. We are an Internet only household and cannot watch a show without buffering pauses and issues. On move in day, the unit was not made ready for new tenants to include light fixtures without covers, stove without burners and drip pans, dirty carpet, cracked or broken windows and many other issues (total 25+). We should have known then that this was not the best place to rent. The HVAC does not reach the 3rd bedroom and when we have asked in the past all they can advise us to do is close the vents in the rest of the house to get air to the 3rd bedroom. Hot in the summer and cold in the winter. When it was cold and snowing they offered a space heater which never appeared. They claim to have a 3 hour maintenance window but we have lived without a shower now for 5 days. First called Lisa to tel her if the issue who told me that they could help next day. That didn't happen so I called again and spoke to Stana who told me the reason they didn't attend to it the day prior was a pool party but she assured me it would happen next day. That was 3 days ago. Still no shower. The snow mitigation here is atrocious. I'm a disabled veteran with back issues and they can't seem to plow when snow falls. I have missed work with stuck vehicles and suffered injury falling on ice and having to push my car. When our refrigerator started leaking gas on our food, it was a fight to get a new one. First a maintenance individual tested the odors and found nothing. I had to call them back as the odor ruined our food. They then gave us a used fridge full of nasty food, crumbs, and god knows what. Full of dents and barely worked. It took threatening to love out and withholding rent to get them to replace with a new one. They still made us pay late charges and threatened to take us to court for eviction processing. The pool is not heated which is advertised and the hot tub was out for half of this season. The tenants are not getting what they pay for. The maintenance team will work on units at 6:00am and wake you. Landscaping starts at 7:00am and wakes you. The staff is not very accommodating. We have left several messages with the Regional Manager and never heard a call back. We were staying in Denver so that I could have high speed internet access when Stana called me to let me know that we left trash by my door and we were to be fined. I let her know that we were out of town and someone else must have done that. When we returned 3 days later it was still there and not ours and in fact the people who moved out across from us. I had to throw it out. The trash is always overflowing (not very nice to look at all day). This complex is FAR from LUXURY which is how it is marketed. The fixtures are old and outdated. There were dead bugs in the lighting fixtures. The blinds were broken and continue to break. Our experience here has been horrible and we pay for something much better than horrible. Over $2K per month to hate coming home is hard. read more

We have lived here for 13 months and we like it here. It's a nice quite community. When ever we have had an issue to be taken care of they get right on it and follow up with service that was done to make sure we were happy with what they did. Stanna and Chasity in the office are great. Every now and then when I'm least expecting it they can really make my day... ..for example our dryer was getting up there in age and had been used alot over the years and we started having little issues with it, and when I called they had maintenance right out to look at it, long story short wasn't work fixing anymore so Maintenance was coming to fix an issue with the dryer for a third time and it made my day when Frank told me he was taking that dryer away and replacing it with a brand new one. I was so excited. And not long after that, Frank surprised me with a matching new washer. Thats what I call good customer service. Way to keep these tenants happy. Thanks Chasity and Stanna! It's greatly appreciated. We really don't have any complaints other than the issues with the hot tub, it seems to not be working a lot lately and I look forward to relaxing in it a few times a week and there's nothing more frustrating than to get all ready for the freezing relaxing adventure and I do mean adventure, to get down there and put a foot into freezing cold water. It's so cold getting in and out but once your in its so relaxing. I do think we are the only crazy ones that really like using the hot tub at this time of the year and we do like it when it's up and running. I can safely say that this is the worse overall apartment complex in the city of Parker. My only attraction to move in was the cost but, as they say, you get what you pay for...Terrible! The maintenance is beyond bad and the place is overall trashed. Building hallway lights go out and it takes them weeks to replace (not good if you are a girl). This is a great place for 18-21 yr olds that enjoy a college style dorm of living. Lot's of parties, very loud, no parking, disgusting pool and hot tub, etc. You are much better off paying a $100.00 bucks more for something else close by because you will get a lot more for your buck. You should really talk to a resident before moving here. They are not customer friendly, even to customers that have lived here for years. There is never enough places to park because of all the work trucks parked ueverywhere, and there are a ton of trailers stored in parking places. The trash is out of control-every weekend, trucks line up to dump trash, construction materials and furniture in the dumpsters where they are overflowing and stacked all around the dumpsters. No one picks up their dog poop so you have to be very careful where you walk-sometimes its right on the sidewalk. We quite going to use the gym after everything was broken every time. The price is ridiculous-hillside is cheaper and has nicer appliances and finishings-thats where we are moving as soon as our lease is up and we can't wait. The office staff is uncooperative when you have a problem. They cant seem to keep maintenance staff. They have also just changed their payment policy with no concern for their residents wishes- you can no longer pay rent in person with a check or money order- you must now trust putting your info online and put your checking acount information, or pay extra to pay with a credit card online. This was done in the midde of a lease so there was nothing upfront about it. If you are leary of having your banking info given through the internet, you should stay away. We are just praying it does not get hacked. The walls are thin, so you can hear everything your neighbors do, especially when your upstairs neighbors are having an all out fight. There is a dog breed policy, but there are several pit bulls that we see on the property all the time. Everyone i have talked to have been totally raped when moving out for phony cleaning and damages fees and either had to pay up or hire a lawyer to get them dropped(they just don't show up at court) we will make sure to do pictures and a video of their inspection when we move. ( i have had multiple people tell me this) The water pressure sucks. We get NO heat in one of the bedrooms and have been told-too bad, thats just how it is-the baby has to sleep in our room when its cold. The windows are horrible-no insulation-if you stand by a window, you can feel the breeze coming thru. We put a window wrap on at our own expence and that helps a little. We tolorated everything when we first moved in, but now its so overpriced that when this lease is up we are out of here-mostly because of the fight we have to have every single time an issue comes up. Update: So our upstairs neighbors were lighting their bong with their bar b q grill and set the porch on fire-there was ash all over our porch below but no mention of it from our landlords-we found out what happened when we walked around the building and saw the damage. A neighbor that was here when it happened let us know-would have been nice to be reassured that the structure Is still ok. And maybe to know they would bother to listen to the multiple complaints from multiple families about these neighbors. Update again So remember the fire on the upstairs neighbors porch... Well when the fire department came, they knocked everything down on our porch including spraying all of the windows kicking ash and dirt all over them making them a bitch to clean. All the dirt from the flower pots went everywhere and killed the plants. We get a letter from the office today complaining that our plant material is not to be thrown off the balcony-these people are a joke. Yes, you know what, i bet there was some on the ground. There was barely anything left in the pot after they came. A little dirt on the ground-ummm what??? I think they like to harass anyone that has ever called them out on their crap-how about you do something about the druggies upstairs when they are having their nock down screaming fights? read more

I would not recommend moving here. The staff is mean and maintenance request never happen. Took 3 months to get a new washer and dryer and the sinks leaked. They will charge you a carpet cleaning fee wether you clean the carpets or not and will take it out of your security deposit. The last utility bill will also be taken out of your security deposit as well. There was a group of people walking around and giggling door knobs late at night to see which ones where locked and which ones weren't. Told management and they did nothing. Management installed bright ass lights on the side of every building and the light lit up the whole bed room at night. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. Such as a conversation your neighbor is having as your laying in bed. The pool is not maintenance regularly and usually has a lot of gross crap in it. In the winter time all the sidewalks and stairs are full of snow and ice and the staff does nothing to make sure the residents are safe. You could literally slip on ice and have a huge law suit no problem. They will try and take most of your security deposit. I will not recommend them to anyone. Just be warned they will make sure you feel all warm and cozy from the moment you look at your "new home" and after you sign your lease but when you need something from them... For the most part, the apartment complex is very nice. Spacious bedrooms and balconies. The maintenance guys are so friendly and fast, I never worry about anything with them around! The parking gets full easy and it's ridiculous that there's no "guest" parking so people's guests park in our parking spots in front of our apartment. Most of the staff inside the clubhouse is nice. The gym needs updated and the pool is pretty nice; usually clean. I think it's weird that you can't stay in the clubhouse past office hours? The clubhouse could use more features. read more

I am very disappointed in the customer service that the office has at this place. They have absolutely no compassion for people all the care about is making their money and making people feel as little as possible. I can not wait to move out of this place. Trailside has some ups and downs. I will speak about Trailside requirements, Sahara, front desk worker, and actually living on site. - First off, their requirements to move in are a bit steep. My husband and I have no problems to rent as we are financially secure and have a good rental and homeowner history, however, even with that, you will be required to contact billing places to ensure they will provide you service as factor in determining your acceptance. All together, you can't just check to see if you qualify to live there, it will cost you about 275 dollars non-refundable dollars to find out. 50 dollars application fee for each person, 175 dollar lease initiation fee, plus ensuring that water, gas, electric will be given to you. I get that there are certain things that need to be checked and proof of non-stupidity and bill paying is common sense, but that is only the minimum if you have no past problems. It will be much more difficult if you have had certain bumps in your history. I'm glad we don't have that problem, but it's an FYI to new comers. - Second, I will speak about Sahara. This woman seems like a kind hard worker at first but is very disorganized leading to slow service, and frankly a bit rude that inclined me to write this review. She made our arrival to Trailside not very smooth and if I detail all of it, this would be a very long paragraph, but I will summarize and say she is an example of no common sense being practiced and clearly their front desk representative is more concerned with the paper work and technicality than the person or situation. Beware of lost paperwork and resending info. Should you require more details, you can personal message me. Chasity was a bit help in advancing our situation, though. +The 24/7 maintenance is great so far, and Joe specifically was really professional, attentive and efficient at fixing anything we have needed. We love the well-maintained courtyard and grounds, and the pool, gym, grills, and free printing is excellent. -The lack of sidewalks is a bit odd on all the buildings and the bike racks are limited for being called Trailside where people would go bike the trail. Of the small sections there are sidewalk, there is no lip where you can get on and off sidewalk safely on your bike. It's all big concrete curb and not handicap accessible. I have enjoyed living in many parts of the US for the past 22 years, and I have worked in very diverse communities. When I relocated to Parker last year, I was drawn in by the upper class lifestyle that heavily dominates the community. Everything here is lovely...a bit Stepford like. Please do not be fooled to the "access to the trails", or "proximity to downtown". There is zero sense of community here. Management has slightly improved since the buyout and S. is not running the show. Simple maintenance requests take days to be corrected. My neighbors are awful...loud, uncaring, trashy. When I encounter another neighbor who seems to care, we tend to share the same analysis. As soon as my lease is up, I am out of here. If you are a single woman, seriously take all of this into consideration and add into the mix that the parking lots are poorly lit. There are some real dirtbags living here. Take heed... read more

YOU DO NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I understand times are rough in this area right now, and just about every place you find around the area is about the same but I ASSURE you you can do better than Trailside Apartments. The miscommunications started in the beginning when we got a random bill in the mail for water sewage and trash, after being under the impression that it's included in the rent. They are shady and will nickel and dime you as much as they can, so if you move here keep your eyes peeled! They also managed to tow my car FOUR times without my consent when they were working on the parking lots here. They damaged my car and when I called to complain they CONVENIENTLY sent out a mass text to the tenants telling them what time they needed to move their car by after a week or so of no notice or warning! Honestly they treat you like you're an idiot and are mostly rude when you walk in to the office. They don't keep notes or remember to call you back EVER. If you want to get in touch with them you have to bombard them with calls until you can get some kind of response. Lived by the pool and was awakened several week nights by kids who hang out and play loud music after midnight! Had to call the police and when I called to let the office know the next day they barely batted an eyelash. Pool is nasty and the hot tub is almost always out of order or some tinge of algae green. You'd have better luck wading around in the stream by the trail. Seriously screw this place. Not worth a penny of what you spend here. Everything is outdated and when you run one of the appliances it sounds like something out of Jurassic Park. Also I had to scrub somebody else's scum off the bottom of the tub after I moved in. My experience at Trailside so far has not been the best. The lack of parking, lack of communication between resident and landlord, are been my biggest complaints. 1. In my residence at my past five apartments, I have never had a landlord cash my rent check BEFORE it is due. When I called to ask why as a professional courtesy don't they wait until the first to deposit my check, I was simply brushed off with a statement that they cash it as soon as they receive it. I was simply trying to make sure my rent was on time and I ended up being punished for it with them cashing my check before rent was even due. 2. There are a ton of spiders, bugs, etc. in the apartments. I have repeatedly asked for pest control with no sign of resolution. 3. Parking is terrible if you come home after 6:00 PM. Parking lot is dimly lit. 4. Upstairs neighbors are extremely noisy, and that issue has not been resolved either. I will not be renewing my lease for next year and want to make it known that this Trailside is not the best place for the amount of money spent on rent each month. I would look elsewhere. read more

Have lived here about 1 month. Have to get used to the Apt life again, noise, traffic, upstairs neighbors sounding like they are going to crash in from above.....but the apartment is ok, pool and amenities are nice too, wish they had a FENCED designated "PET" area/park. Not everyone pick's up their pet's mess like they are supposed to. The Cherry Creek trail is close by which is great and convenient. Office staff is very friendly and helpful. Would love to see the (1) of the garbage dumpsters replaced with at least (1) Recycle Trash at each trash area. Close to the movie theater, restaurants and shopping which is great. read more

If you want a complex that cares about you and not just you money, this is not the place. Nice apartments but the staff is something different. We lived there for 2 years and pretty much had to put in an "emergency" maintenance request in for even the smallest things. When dealing with unruly neighbors they told us to let them handle it and proceeded to do absolutely nothing after we issued multiple complaints. They have also tried to screw us out of and extra $1600 when we moved out when the place was very well kept. I would never recommend this place to anyone I know. Just because a place is big and spacious and decently priced, does not make it a home. And that is something they did not strive to help with at all. I've lived in the "ghetto" with management offices that care far more than they do at trailside. Very happy we moved out. read more

Certain person in their main office is RUDE and unhelpful you are forced to use only (1) phone/internet service provider and their customer service stinks Parking is terrible if you happen to come home late, have to park on other side of complex read more

We love Trailside!! We moved in about a year ago and after doing soo much research (and tours) we decided Trailside was the place for us - and we couldn't have made a better choice. The staff is SO incredibly nice and helpful, always! The 24/7 maintenance is amaaazing and Joe specifically was really professional, attentive and efficient at fixing anything we have needed. We love the pet-friendly atmosphere, the well-maintained courtyard and grounds and of course the friendly and helpful staff. We would honestly re-sign our lease in a heartbeat if we weren't moving into a home. Trailside not only provided a great apartment for us, but also helped us build credit for our new home. Lived there over two years. Very nice till I signed the contract. Repairs promised at move in were never completed in two years. Snow never scooped from upstairs apartments stairways. No control of facilities....brats at the pool spraying everyone with hoses, kids smoking glass bongs at that pool, no monitoring of parking lot. Collisions theft etc. Rent increases at every opportunity. Real inability to track business communications. If you must move in get every word in writing down to the smallest item. One person will tell you one thing and then another will know nothing about it. read more
