I popped in last week and I didn't spot any broken machines - good sign. I'm not saying everything's perfect but it's improved. All the major renovations are done and the atmosphere feels like it's back to normal.

The maintenance of their facilities has gone downhill at WARP speed. By cutting corners on maintenance staffing and shifts and leaving their broken equipment is states of disrepair for weeks on end, they are showing the clientele the complete disregard they have for their gym experience and satisfaction. The absolute IRONY of their corporate poster at the entrance bragging about the money spent on upgrades (basically repainting the locations with their new color palette) while the state of the gym is being neglected and run into the ground is not lost on me. Please see the photos below of just some of the issues/failures I witnessed yesterday. If I had done a complete walk through, there would be a lot more. Management needs to address this immediately and if "their hands are tied"then I'll take it to corporate. This is a disgrace to the reputation that Gold's built and EoS should be ashamed of their low standard of care for their customer's gym experience.

Discovered this place through ClassPass…read more I LOVED the idea of a 1/2 hr workout. You do your entire workout within the cabin. What I didn't like was the noise. Sometimes I couldn't hear the instructor. Another thing that I didn't like was that sometimes while exercising within the cabin, my foot would graze the inside of the cabin while doing a certain leg exercise so I felt like I wasn't getting the full leg extension as I would if I wasn't within the cabin. I still sweated, but maybe not as much. I still felt as if I was getting some cardio because some of the repetitions would be a little difficult. I took the intermediate class, and I definitely found that to be more challenging especially since I've taken Pilates multiple times before. I've done the ozone therapy once. I don't know how much good it did for me, but I was definitely relaxed during and after the treatment. The studio looks nice and clean. The restroom is cute and clean. Several large lockers to place your things into for free. They have a nutritionist if you want to try out their diet plan. A little expensive. Well worth it if you actually lose the weight within the designated weeks. This includes the use of the cabins if you purchase one of their plans. Very small parking area, but there's free street parking.

Everyone there is so warm and welcoming, it's an entire experience!! They have showers and lockers, so cute, so aesthetic! Also, Ozone therapy has helped me so much!!!! After attending Stride, I'll probably switch over to this studio instead. First off, I really like that Stride is inclusive to all fitness levels and give options for both walkers and runners. It has a range of different treadmill levels for Levels 1-4. This allows me to self-regulate and go easier or faster depending on how I'm feeling that day. This allows me to sufficiently warm up and I feel like I'm getting the most out of my workout. You only switch once during the combo so I definitely can take my time and do quality reps. Seriously there is nothing more annoying that switching between workouts super quickly and I don't even have time to catch my breath so please keep this format!

Game changer and much better use of space. I've been liking this new format because it added room for the strength and weight-training portion of the class. The benches are really nice and each bench has your own set of weights ranging from 7.5 to 25 pounds. Not having to get the weights you think you'll need for class is really helpful. For me, I still average around 2-3 miles per Combo class and that's perfect for me. This new format helps me hit more muscle groups than before! I also like the screens showing the strength moves on the strength side so it's easier to remember. Instructors and staff are all still amazing and welcoming. Definitely a class worth checking out!

It's been a while since I've written a review, but Hardcore Fitness absolutely deserves this. I've…read morebeen a member at Hardcore for over a year, and as someone over 40 who prioritizes strength training, this gym has helped me achieve steady progress. I've gained about half a pound of muscle each month- which I feel like is challenging at my age...but Hardcore has certainly helped me achieved this. Because of them, I can now do 8 unassisted pull-ups and bench press over 200lbs. I also participate in a fitness race called Hyrox, and I credit Hardcore for giving me the literal strength to complete that race. Here are just a few great things I'd like to share about Hardcore: Cleanliness: The gym is impeccably clean. The staff maintains the facility well, with plenty of wipes for members. It's clear that hygiene is a top priority here, which I really appreciate. Equipment: The equipment is top-tier- from the smith machines, to solid racks, and cable machines. I love being able to use all of these things within a class. In addition to this, they have so many dumbbells all the way up to 100lbs, weight plates of all sizes, kettlebells, weight bags, resistance bands, TRX, ab rollers, weight balls, foam rollers, standing punching bags, ez bars, standard and olympic bars, hex trap bars, weight sled, and much more. Community & Staff: The atmosphere is fantastic, thanks to a friendly and welcoming staff that makes everyone feel comfortable and supported (especially the owner Durressa!) The community here is warm and motivating, and it's a place where everyone--from beginners to advanced members--feels welcome. Trainers & Personalization: The coaches are outstanding. They're familiar with my injuries and provide modifications or alternatives for certain exercises. And they always push me within my limits and respect me when I say no. Their support has kept me committed and progressing steadily. Class Structure & Variety: The Boot Camp/LIFT classes are well-structured with five stations, each with 2-3 exercises that come with modifications for different levels. I love the variety! There's also a cardio-focused Fight Camp class and a Booty class, so there's always something to fit my goals. Also, classes are schedule as early as 5:15am and as late as 8:30. Programming: The programming is really well thought-out, with split calendars for targeted workouts. For example, within a week there may be a day focused on back and biceps, another for legs and shoulders, and another for chest and triceps. This structured approach has been fantastic for building balanced strength over time. Community Events & Challenges: The gym hosts community events like spirit days, monthly themes, and 60-day challenges that bring people together for friendly team-based competition. It's a great way to stay engaged and motivated while connecting with others. For anyone looking for a gym that values cleanliness, fosters a positive community, and offers excellent trainers and programming, Hardcore is top-tier. Highly recommended for anyone, regardless of age or fitness level! Stop by to try it out...but make sure to tell them I sent you. =)

Everyone minds there own business. You dont feel judged. When I say they have about almost everything you need im not joking. Their gym equipment is very modern to help build your gains. Additionally they have a physical therapist and about 30 trainers in total perhaps about 6 daily. They have a refrigerator to store your lunches in, a water cooler, private lockers and showers, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc. The only downside is you may feel crowded when you workout bc of all the variety of gym equipment but this gym is meant to keep a threshold and did i mention this gym is 24/7??? Take advantage if you're early bird. I struggled a bit with their equipment ngl, bc im still a newb to weight lifting and im not familiar with seeing equipments having an on/off switch to load/unload weights however, i thought it was cool.
