She has her own space she uses to train her clients. It's amazing what she comes up with as routines and variety. I was not motivated to begin a workout on my own, so I knew I needed help. Finding Patti was a dream come true. She is very present to every different exercise. She changes things up so you get a good rounded workout based on your abilities and your goals. She is very patient and encouraging and she has a kind caring personality. If you want someone who will grind you into the dirt, she might not be the one for you. But if you want someone who really cares and someone who is careful you don't get injured but encourages you to do more than you would on your own, you should give her a try. I've been seeing her for a few weeks now and I am seeing the differences and feeling stronger and better about myself. I hope this was helpful.

Ok so it's almost the end of April and summer is coming so I will let you in on my secret but…read moreplease don't take my time slot ok? ;) It's been over a year and I am still working out at FGT, twice a week for 60 minutes with my husband. For the past 5 months, we have been training exclusively with Christian. He brings maturity and experience far beyond his years. He plans each workout in advance and tracks our progress. Each workout is different and never boring! He pushes us hard but is also careful and checks in as for example, I had an injury (non gym related) and he is always watching to make sure I don't hurt myself. He combines muscle, balance, cardio and flexibility in his workouts. He corrects our form (so we don't get hurt). He is hands on throughout the session and constantly encourages us. We have had significant results since training with Christian. Our efforts are optimized for time that we spend training. Some of the benefits we have reaped from training with Christian include; loss of body fat, increased lean muscle mass, improved flexibility, improved endurance, better coordination and balance, consistency (he has never cancelled on us!), motivation and so much more. I also go to 30 minute fit which is included in the package of training sessions we purchased. I almost always go at the times when there is a trainer in the room as I want to be corrected if I am not doing something right. (Again I don't want to get injured and I want success sooner than later...) it usually takes me a few more minutes than 30 but it's fast and a great, quick workout. They have different packages available but just know that this is NOT anything like the gyms down the street. Not at all! When you walk in the door, you are recognized and you will recognize the others. Crowded here means maybe 3 people in the 30 minute fit room? Seriously it's very small, there is no drama, no fashion show..no cold stare downs or whatever is going on in those other gyms ;) It's small. It's friendly. People are genuine. Hard work = results and you will have all the support you need right here.

It seemed that this gym is well-established and has a following that has been together for years. On this, my first visit, I was greeted by a few others, who were friendly and welcoming. The workout was tough, as was to be expected, and truly kept us challenged at all levels throughout. The gym stands alone but is somewhat unassuming as you drive by. I had done CrossFit in my late 20's/early 30's then took a break and did other types of exercise (running, hot yoga, traditional gym, Carolyn Gilvan YouTube workout programs)... 10 years and 2 kids later I was starting to feel old and out of shape at 41. I had a ski injury and my PT recommended CrossFit at another local gym. I visited that gym, felt super intimidated and did not join. A few years later a friend invited me to CrossFit X and from day 1 I felt so welcomed. For the first few months I did Cam Hashemi's classes only. He is an awesome coach!! And helped me get through the difficult stage of getting back to it. Now I am feeling stronger, happier, I have more energy, and my home life is improved. Yes, I have lost some weight (7lbs), but mostly I look and feel better. My husband was so inspired, he also joined. And our kids age 3 and 6) sometimes accompany us. The 9am class is my favorite, lots of inspiring moms. I hope you give this gym a try or drop by of a workout when in town.

They have multiple there and although I have not met everyone, the ones I have are very nice. One drawback is it's kind of difficult to cancel the membership, you have to go in person and talk to someone about it. The quality of the machines are normal, it's definitely a cardio focused area but there are plenty of strength machines and a good amount of free weights. They also have nice locker rooms, showers, and restrooms! The atmosphere is more calm and mind your business on the slower hours but during busier hours less calm. It does seem to be busy most of the time but you can still find a machine. During rush hour it does get pretty difficult to find machines. Overall I would recommend if you need a gym!
