I reached out to furniture and repair, who responded within minutes. We got a technician scheduled within the week to come and check out the issue. The technician George was FANTASTIC! He was quick, helpful, and very knowledgeable. He was able to get the power chair working again without replacing any parts, and was able to repair the broken footrest for under $200, a mere fraction of what Lay z boy wanted to charge sight unseen. My grandfather was extremely satisfied with George and Furniture & Repair. I cannot recommend them enough if you have a broken powerchair.

He wasn't doing the job to our satisfaction, rather his own, which was HIGHER than ours. He takes 'pride' in doing his job and was smiling the whole way. He was willing to put in the effort it takes to do the best job his equipment could do.
