The attic insulation was a dusty mess full of rodent droppings. He removed it, vacuumed and sanitized the attic, and disposed of the soiled insulation. He also used hardware cloth to seal any rodent entry points found in the attic. We live in the Bay Area so we were not able to meet him at the cabin, but he kept in constant communication and sent photos and video of all his findings. He detailed what his process would be and followed through with everything he said he would do. We are thrilled with the results.
