I recently had my bachelorette party with a few friends and I wanted to have a relaxing time! We decided to book massages and facials with Quality Massages & Facials Mobile Spa. Moana was AMAZING with the massages, very knowledgeable, got there a little bit earlier than the schedule time to start set up, brought her relaxing music, and asked if there were areas where I needed more work or areas she should avoid. She was very gentle when giving you your space and respectful. She went hard in the parts where the knots were but asked if pressure was too much! We were supposed to get only four people our of the 5 of the group but we liked it so much the 5th friend decided to get a massage! We got lucky she had time for an extra person! The facials were done in a separate room and she was friendly and since I was the bride she seemed attentive with the services and congratulated me. As I sought an appointment in October, not high season, I was able to schedule a massage for the next day. I had a 90-minute massage and 60-minute facial from Gina in my home. What a treat, and so relaxing not to have to get in the car when so at ease afterwards. Both the massage and facial were wonderful. Gina herself is friendly and professional, giving me Desert tips when I asked. She arrived at my home on time and it only took her about 15 minutes to set up. I appreciated that she was familiar with essential oils and used what I asked from my own supply (peppermint for muscle relaxing and marjoram+ copiaba for pain relief). My back has been screaming at me for a long time. She used just the right amount of pressure, starting light then progressively firmer until we hit the sweet spot for my issues. Researched several massage places in the Desert and I'm so happy I went with Quality Massage compared to the big name hotel spas or hole in the wall parlors. Hands down, one of the best massages I've had EVER. I'm 7 months pregnant and not many spa facilities provide exceptional services for pregnant women. But Quality Massage and Ellen came through in the best way. I selected the Season of Beauty - prenatal massage and signature facial for 90 minutes and added the Ayurvedic Hair and Scalp Experience for 30 minutes. Honestly the best 2 hours of my pregnancy - every single kink in my body was massaged out. Ellen was able to give my back the massage it's been waiting for, the facial was spot on - so cleansing and nourishing (no extractions), and the scalp massage felt so good. I called on Monday morning and they were able to schedule me in for Tuesday morning (Christmas Eve) at our vacation rental. Honestly it was so nice getting the treatments at home as I didn't have to drive anywhere and could hop into the shower after. The next time I'm in the desert, I'll definitely book again.
