Dr. Maggie and her team have given me my life back! She was my last hope. I went all in and made the Transform program my #1 priority - which made ME my #1 priority for the first and only time I can remember. I understand that not everyone has the same results. We all are unique. We all implement her teachings at different rates and different levels of commitment. But like I said, I went all in, and my results were life-changing. Are you ready to get to the root cause of what is ailing you? If you are willing and able to commit to the program, learn the material, listen to what Dr. Maggie and her team tell you, and implement 100% - then you are ready for this 10-week intensive program and you will succeed!

Dr. Shaw is exceptional. Even reviewing recent MRIs and X-rays. While asking questions, she allowed me to answer fully, asked clarifying questions, and summarized back to ensure she captured everything accurately. She then did a physical exam and followed that up with a summary, explained her role as a rheumatologist and what she is looking for between my existing tests, her evaluation, and the labs she ordered. While it looks like I don't have have rheumatoid arthritis or lupus, thankfully, it was helpful having a doctor look at the totality of what is happening. I've been seeing so many specialists because I have a variety of different issues hitting me all at once, and as the patient, it's overwhelming. I'm doing my best trying to piece it all together and being command central, but Im not a doctor. and my primary is not helpful. Dr. Shaw is a bright light in this process. Highly recommend.

Arrived for an appointment originally made 4 months previously and changed by NW Functional twice…read moresubsequently only to find out that the appointment had been cancelled because of some bogus Medicare issue. Told by one of the associates that the practice had been advised not to see anyone of "Medicare" age while various approvals were being sought. We were very hopeful that this "different" approach to our condition might provide some hope and could not be told when we could possibly be seen. The lack of professional practice management makes us doubt the value and skills of this approach and we will be unlikely to accept a future appointment. Extremely disappointed! Felt we were told a series of lies regarding the scheduled appointment. Seriously deficient in management of the basics of a health-related practice. This rating would be lower if it was offered.

I. WAS. NOT. got pissed off as anyone would be for the accusation and told everyone in the building i was drunk and to end working with me. then would not even LET me drive home. sent a fucking UBER. took my keys and wouldn't let me have them back!!! WHAT THE HELL. i went to my doctor afterwards and asked them to draw my blood to see if there was any alcohol in my system. none. had to come back in the next day to get my keys. everyone at the front desk were whispering about me and giving me disgusted looks. and mrs zilinski never talked to me blatantly ignoring me when i tried to speak to her again about it. and brushed me off and walked away. that is the most unprofessional thing i've ever seen from a LICENSED professional, who is a "psychologist". assuming and accusations based off their actions towards the situation. I absolutely recommend the neurologist side, but NEVER go to her. i am absolutely appalled by the way i was treated by her and the childish behavior and comments she chose to unprofessionally spoke towards me. 0 stars actually -10 stars for what SHE chose to say about me with a literal doctors confirmation that i was sober. im extremely sad and angry still 6 months later than i cannot see them anymore because of being accused and mistreated by her. on another note: intensive care therapy treatment for ONE week costed me $10,000 so imagine the TWO weeks to be treated for my 7 different diagnoses i was given all at once in august that means i spent $20,000 for the neurology team to help me get better results... one appointment with mrs. zilinsky on the psychological side costed me $350-425 and i saw her twice. unbelievable it's almost like she just wanted my money instead of being the role she played being a "professional" before she kicked me out and still required me to pay for the appointment that i barely was 15 minutes into. WORST psychologist i've ever encountered!

I have an autoimmune diagnosis and transferring to this clinic has been distressing and defeating…read more I didn't expect an "expert" to try to invalidate my diagnosis, argue with all my symptoms, some of which are life threatening, and pretend my abnormal labs & images are normal. I don't know if its because Im a woman, but I feel extremely invalidated and depressed every time I talk to my doctor. Since he won't acknowledge the other problems my disease is known to cause, no other OHSU specialist apparently will either. Its the familiar, being sent on a wild goose chase to a bunch of different specialists who pretend like its not autoimmune related because this doctor has too many patients and not enough knowledge to acknowledge the full extent of my disease, and this is supposed to be the clinic that specializes in it. Hes announced he is giving me 3 months of treatment and if Im not better, plans to drop me. So you better hope humira or Inflectra work, because that is all this clinic does for every single autoimmune disorder and patient, at least women, who are known to have trouble getting the right meds, and if it doesn't work, they drop you like yesterday's trash. My doctor should consider reading the literature on the disease he claims to be an expert on. On the bright side, at least I get 2 Inflectra infusions. A lot of rheumatologists won't deal with my rare disease, which is what I thought OHSU was supposed to be for. Note to OHSU: vasculitis exists, especially when other autoimmune disorders are present, but I guess one dead patient is one less patient.

Which is crazy since I have almost all of the symptoms . I have seen a specialist in rheumatology in another state and he said I have a rheumatic disease, it's rare and hard to diagnose. No help from OHSU Rheumatology, to even see me. I've also seen one of their other doctors in Dermatology, his name is Eric Simpson. He was one of most arrogant rude doctors I've ever seen. He didn't even listen to me as the patient. This place might have been a nice hospital a long time ago, but all the good doctors must have left.. including the supposed doctors that screen there referrals. Which obviously don't know what they are doing. The PNW really need better medical, the people are suffering and this place and the physicians don't care. I will never support a establishment like this and I will tell everyone, about how they treat patients

I am a wuss when it comes to any kind of surgery or removal, so I tend to be extra nervous when getting checked out for suspicious moles (skin cancer also runs in my family -- ohh the freckles!). But from the moment I met his amazing nurse, I was put at ease. She got me through the first mole removal quite easily, and I thanked her over and over again for it. Dr. Adler is a funny, very knowledgable guy. He is always open to answering any of my questions, and I never get nervous when I am going to see him. We've done a few removals over the years, and the procedures have always been quick and efficient, resulting in a fine heal. I recommend Dr. Adler and his team to anyone.
