The stylist Ms Fox Said she can do it but she didn't even get close to the picture. She cut more then she was supposed to and left her hair with no curl definition like she asked and explained in the beginning. It looked like she got nothing done and spent over $200. My mother in law left crying upset how Ms Fox left her hair. She then called the salon today to speak with the owner Paula Britt to explain what happened but paula did not apologized for anything that happened. She actually asked for proof of a before and after Picture and then said " theirs always two versions" she didn't make her feel as a customer heard! and was unapologetic about the situation. All she did was defend her stylist and not care how my mother in law felt about how Ms Fox left her hair. She didn't want a refund! all she wanted was to be heard. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Very unprofessional and poor ownership!

The stylist, Marcus not only cut my hair but wanted to make sure that he got it as even as possible so he straightened my hair beforehand. I couldn't properly articulate what I needed but when he finished, it was exactly what I envisioned. He also curled it for me. I left the salon very pleased. He's a perfectionist. She was very welcoming and friendly and her salon is very clean and professional and her decor is amazing. Reggie asked me questions about my hair in attempt to get some insight about my natural hair journey. After my vonsultation I received the best hair wash that I have evet had. The deep condition hydration treatment was very exhilarating. Reggie made super my hair was very hydrated which is a must for healthy hair. Reggie gave me a much needed trim without going scissor happy and chopping my hair off which i appreciated. Ive had horrible trim experiences but she eased my mind by showing me what we going to take off. She pressed my hair out super straight and silky and then curled my hair the way i like amd pincurled up for me so that my drop curls would be popping the next day at my sister wedding. My hair cam out amazing and Reggie is super amazing herself!!!! My hair maintained its curls and did not revert after being pressed out. Her cashmere silk presses are the best. She is a must see!!! My curls lasted for about a week but my hair remained light and full of body for 2 weeks. Reggie Jaye is my new go to person! The products used were a great combo. I like that he has a youtube with instructions to maintain hair along with a paper set of instructions. I did get complements on my hair even 4 days later. I feel the cut makes my hair feel fuller healthier and thicker. I just don't like my cut for me because I don't understand how to make it more feminine looking since I do not wear jewelry or makeup. Bay-bee, my hair lasted 2 months with no problem. I only took it down because I wanted to wash and treat my natural hair. I'd recommend 3 Girls and a Needle for sure. I paid $15 for shipping and it still came via USPS. I looked past this and was very happy for it to finally come,only to have received the incorrect lengths. I ordered 22,24,26 and was sent 18,20,22. I'm sure its a hassle to return and the $40 (bundle difference) id like to be refunded I'm sure won't happen as well. Now I am stuck with this hair that also has an odor to it and is shorter than I wanted. You live and you learn and I have learned I won't be supporting this business ever again.
