Called Wed. morning to get an update. was told they hadn't gotten to it yet and they would see if they could get it in and finished and would call me back and let me know. Finally got a return call at 3:40 and told "We don't work on Dodge rear ends". They knew Mon. what I had and what the issue was and didn't say a word about not working on Dodge. Kept my truck for 2 days knowing they weren't going to touch it. WTF? That's 2 days it could have been at another shop getting repaired. Do not use this shop unless you want to be lied to and have your time wasted.

Be patient if you leave a couple voicemails with days in between a call back (or weeks). When you're good it means you're busy. Then stop worrying once you're booked because this will be a less expensive journey than usual. You'll get a legit assessment of what needs done, and no pressure to change those filters or wiper blades (or timing belt) if you don't want to. No frills means low overhead; gravel lots with a few cars like the windows-down 2-door Mercedes parked means you're not paying for all the marketing. It's just car-fixing like it should be. Last time I went in thinking I needed a complete wiper reservoir replacement. Nope, just a wiper fluid hose for pretty cheap. We'll keep coming back since cars don't fix themselves. Currently I'm not at all fretting about our teenager's car we just had towed in after stalling in an intersection. How bad could it be? And of course I'll continue wondering how much he'd charge to get that old Mercedes in his lot back on the road. Probably just needs new wipers and an air filter, once we get that driver-side window closed.

I have a 2008 Pontiac Solstice GXP who needed key fobs and tpms reprogrammed. Everything was completed at a fair price and in a timely manner, as promised! I perform all maintenance on our cars except the oil changes because if we sell it shows maintenance history for oil changes. That being said they kept me there for 4 hours trying to scam me into purchasing replacement parts that were already brand new and had been replaced already. One example was the battery, it was only a month old and from that point I knew they were going to keep trying to scam. Another scam they tried was charging me for a tire rotation on a Camaro which the front tires are smaller than the rear which is offset so they had to give me my money back for that and they gave me hard to about that which I would call stealing when you take money and not want to give it back. This went on for 4 hours when a had a scheduled oil change and other customers were coming and going also getting oil changes. This is the main reason why I took my wife's car for her this time so I can see the BS they try to pull with women not knowing I work on cars too. This happens at many dealers like Ford, Dodge and Chevrolet being the worst. Over the last 2 decades I have purchased a lot of cars but this is the worse experience I have ever had for just a basic oil change. Be careful out here with your hard earned money because the dealer does not work in your best interest. Be safe....

This will take more money, time and frustration. Pat failed to address that I asked him to quote the job prior to work being done, and instead he completed the work and then demanded what I felt was overcharging based on the scope of work. This is not how to professionally conduct one self. Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and me having to discover his shoddy work later is the issue. The money is not the issue, but the approach he took is unethical. If you are okay with a mechanic that's untrustworthy, unreliable, unprofessional and takes zero accountability, this is the mechanic for you! If you choose to use this business you have been warned. I recommend having a backup professional to fix this guy's mistakes, and then plan on paying for work more than once. Like I stated earlier, mistakes happen, it's unfortunate this guy has no intention of learning from them. Communication is key. Don't cover up your mistakes and not take ownership. It makes you look bad. I do not recommend using this mechanic. I asked for a quote to remove locking lugs nuts on my wife's Kia, and after completing the job Patt told me the price which I thought sounded too high and was expecting to get a quote prior to the work being done, not after. I explained that I had no idea it was going to cost that much and he knocked $100 off the price. Later I discovered that Pat and another young man that works for him, had cross threaded 3 wheel studs on 2 different wheels. Given the time, money and frustration I would recommend saving your hard earned money and contacting a professional mechanic. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of integrity and poor communication are just bad business. Lesson learned on my end. I will never trust this guy to touch another vehicle again.

First of all, Jeremy was kind, funny and professional. Their staff is also diverse and professional. The place is extremely clean and they are even thoughtful enough to have snacks and coffee. The money was well worth it for the amount of detail that was put into the report and made me feel more educated on the condition of the vehicle. I certainly will be back.

TBH I knew it had been having an issue for years as I had to 'jiggle' it to get it to turn since forever. But I drove to a grocery store and upon leaving it literally would not turn. I got a ride home and found Christian Brothers. They called a tow truck for me. They gave me a courtesy ride from my home back to the car so I could give the tow truck driver the keys (fat lot of good that did but still). Front wheels totally locked up but the tow driver knew how to handle that. Once at CBA they gave me a courtesy ride home as well. Next day they gave an estimate. Great communication through calls and texts. Car was fixed following day. They gave me a list of other recommended repairs. As someone else said, not the cheapest but the best. If you're looking for a sub $100 fix, look elsewhere but if you want people who are professional and helpful, go here. I will return.
