I had an excellent experience with B12 Complete Automotive. I brought in my 2019 Honda Pilot after Honda gave me a repair estimate of almost $9,000. The owner took the time to review Honda's diagnostic information, inspect the issue, and clearly explain what actually needed to be done. From the moment I arrived, the owner and service advisor were friendly, professional, and honest. Instead of replacing the larger wiring harness Honda recommended, they repaired the Bank 2 Sensor 1 wiring harness connector for less than 5% of Honda's quoted price. My check-engine light is gone, and the car drives great again. The owner also recommended maintenance items since my vehicle is approaching 100,000 miles, and I plan to return for those repairs. The catalytic converter went out on my daughter's car, triple a carried it to these people and they charged over 200 dollars to diagnose and then wanted 1875.00 to replace it. Called A different place, and it's 600.00. Sounds to me that complete automotive was just trying to rip her off. read more

Dale has been a good friend for well over 10 years, I had a coworker tell me he was having some major grinding in his front end of his Yukon SUV I said let me get you to Dale! We dropped his truck off, grabbed lunch and learned there was major bearing issues - my friend had repairs done in Lawrenceville only for them to not pack his bearings with grease. The bearings fell apart when the wheels were taken off his truck... needless to say Dales tech diagnosed the issue got us an estimate and started the repair and he was back on the road home 3 hours later! Crooks! Don't go to this business. Charged 290.00 for a diagnostic check for 30 minutes just to hook up to a machine to see the code. Even charged the 290.00 after he agreed to have them fix the problem. Held car as ransom until it was paid! Terrible people shame on you! read more

Called for a quote to have an oil pump and rear main seal replaced, and when i made them aware it was an older vehicle with high mileage the representative told me that they would not be interested in doing my repairs. Did not understand turning down business even if it was going to repairing an older vehicle. Won't call them ever again for any quotes. read more

Complete Automotive = complete waste of my time today! Received a coupon in the mail after buying a house nearby, needed an oil change so thought I'd give them a try. Made an appointment for 2:00 pm, they pulled the car in right away. At about 3:20 I was told they had a few recommendations. Front brakes, which I asked them to show me. A little less than 25% pad left so a valid recommendation for the near future. Then I'm told that my oil pan gasket is leaking. I know that my intake manifold gasket leaks slightly (which is very common for the old 3.4 liter GM engine) and some of that seepage has settled around the lower part of the engine but I have NEVER had a drop of oil or any other fluid on my driveway or garage floor. Next, I'm told I have two bulbs out, a back up light and a brake light. I knew about the back up light so I said go ahead and replace them. I get home (I always back into our new driveway because the front air damn scrubs if I back out) and Julie notices that the brake light is out in addition to the back up light. I said, well that's funny, I just paid to replace them. Called them and was invited back to replace them. I get there and am shown two used bulbs and told "These are what we removed from your car" so, what, now I'm a liar? I take them outside and show them a brake light and a back up light both out and I get told they replaced different ones that were out. So, what, they just coincidentally burned out just after you replaced similar ones, or is it that there were four bulbs out but they just wanted to replace two, which is it? 10 minutes of watching two guys trying to replace my backup light I finally tell them "just give me the bulbs and I'll do it at home. In all this time, not one apology, not one "oh I may have missed that", they instead chose to refund my money, which is a good thing because now I have OIL DRIPS ALL OVER MY DRIVEWAY! So, looks like I'll be going no to get an oil change somewhere else tomorrow. These guys obviously do not care about customer service, and I have seen no evidence that they know what the hell they are doing. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere for your automotive repair needs. read more

I called Complete Automotive to get a quote over the phone, gave him the make and model, but he said i would have to bring the car in for him to look at. This didn't make sense to me, but I drove 12 miles to the shop. When I got there, I gave him the make and model again and he just looked it up in the computer and gave me a quote (which was the highest of 3 other places I called). When I asked him why couldn't he have told me over the phone, he said he didn't know he had the car on his computer. What sense does that make?? Needless to say, that was extremely annoying and a waste of time and gas. read more

I am a shade tree mechanic mostly because I don't believe people care as much about your stuff as you do so I fix it all on my own. However when I just can't do it or can't figure it out or it's A/C related. I take my vehicles to Complete Automotive. I have NEVER had an issue with these folks, they call when they say they'll return a call. They call and update you they call when they are done. Work is always of the highest quality and the prices are what I consider very reasonable. I would recommend this shop to anyone. read more

I have always felt like I could rely on Complete Automotive. Dale is an honest man. I spent an entire day at the Hyundai dealership trying to find out what was wrong with my car. After 3 hours they told me nothing was wrong with my car. I drove down the road and turned my car off to go in a store. When I came out it wouldn't crank. The next day, I took it to Complete. Dale took one look at the car and told me what was wrong. You basically put your life in their hands when you have work done on your car. I am a single older woman. I trust Complete and I wish I would have gone to them first. I mistakenly thought my warranty would take care of my car. Now I know better. Hyundai's 10 year, $100,000 warranty has so many loopholes it is basically useless. read more

Had a used transmission installed at a cost of $1381.00, 30 day warranty, this is understood. Vehicle was returned to us after repair almost 2 qts low on fluid. Mechanic spilled trans fluid on fender and didn't bother to clean it up, Oversight on their behalf, no biggie, we overlooked it and filled it up the rest of the way. Of course a quality check on a job like this after the repair would caught the potentially lethal mistake before damage could have been done to the transmission. Transmission failed in just under 2 months. We took the transmission pan down to find the filter they installed floating in the bottom of the transmission oil pan. Evidently not installed right. Complete automotive was called and informed of the failure and we asked if the old transmission might still be there. We needed it for parts since their cheese ball unit failed. Nope, they sold it for core money. Never any offer from Dale to make a $1381.00 repair right. Granted it was after the warranty.... barely... and we didn't point blank ask for something that was outside the warranty . Just for the old transmission back. Original quote was well over 3K which is more than what he car was worth. We later priced the same repair at a very competent shop which offered a better warranty, the replacement transmission would have been $975 out the door. Long story short, we experienced poor workmanship, a low quality replacement part and a very high price with a sad warranty. My Advice, Take your vehicle to Hale automotive in Hiram. They stand behind their work, and are quite choosy about any used parts installed. They wont install the cheapest POS they can find just to maximize their bottom line. If you look behind the shop at Complete automotive they have a ton of dead cars that have been there forever. I don't think those were satisfied customers either. Regardless of what they were to offer after they read this review, I wouldn't take a skateboard to them for repair. I'm going to someone who makes a honest living, not out to make a killing. read more
