I believe their prices are fair, especially since I think their service techs know what they are doing. Could I go to a cheap oil change place for less? Probably, but I wouldn't be sure my car wasn't dripping oil as I drove home. The service I requested was done on time, and any additional services were discussed with me, including the cost, before beginning. I don't always do the added services, and there is no 'hard sell' or 'you want to be safe. don't you?' pressure. I'm very happy with Christian Bros and I am a repeat customer. I highly recommend.

I visited this Sandy Springs location for the first time on July 16 after my A/C stopped blowing…read morecold air. I dropped my car off at 9:00 a.m. and initially had a great experience with the service and communication. After inspecting my vehicle, I was informed that additional repairs were needed beyond what was originally anticipated. The repairs were explained to me, and I agreed to move forward. Unfortunately, that positive experience quickly changed. No one communicated that the required part was not in stock and had to be ordered. I only found out when I called around 5:45 p.m., just before they closed at 6:00 p.m., to request the shuttle and pick up my car, assuming it was nearly finished. Instead, I was told for the first time that my vehicle would not be ready until the following morning. The next morning, I called and was told it would be another two hours. I had an 8:00 a.m. doctor's appointment, so they shuttled me there with the understanding they would pick me back up afterward. After my appointment, I called for the shuttle and then waited for an hour. When I finally called to see where the driver was, I was asked, "What time do you need it?" as if I hadn't already requested the pickup and been waiting. At that point, my mom had to leave work and come get me. When we arrived back at the shop, I was then informed that the repairs still had not fixed the issue and that they needed to perform yet another repair. After everything that had already happened, they finally offered me a rental vehicle. In total, my vehicle required three different repairs and became ready for pickup around 2pm the following day, bringing the total cost to over $2,000 after a small discount was applied. While I appreciate that the manager ultimately discounted the bill and that my A/C is finally working, that does not erase the overall experience. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication throughout the process. Every update came because I called them, not because they kept me informed. My service advisor, Anthony, was also very short with me and seemed irritated that I had concerns about the delays rather than acknowledging the inconvenience or offering an apology for the repeated miscommunication. To make matters worse, after having my vehicle for over 24 hours, I picked it up to find that it had been driven enough for my gas light to be on. While I understand test driving may be necessary after repairs, returning a customer's vehicle with the fuel warning light illuminated without even mentioning it was frustrating. I chose this location because it is close to my home, and I genuinely hoped it would become my regular shop. Unfortunately, based on how this situation was handled, I will not be returning. Delays happen, and unexpected repairs happen. What shouldn't happen is a complete lack of communication, poor customer service, and customers having to chase down updates on their own.

I almost stuck with one place, but they tried to upsell me on things I didn't need, so I kept looking. I read a bunch of good reviews about Crawford's and decided to give them a try. Fast forward to now -- I've been using them for 4 years for various services. Sometimes it's just a simple oil change or routine maintenance; other times, it's more involved repairs. They haven't disappointed me once. Mac is always on point. He clearly explains what's going to be done and how much it will cost. He looks out for your best interest and suggests the most cost-efficient (not necessarily cheapest) repair option. He's also trustworthy -- if a repair part acts up, he won't back out. He honors his warranty. I take both my car and my wife's car here -- and only here.

Even the well known Auto Cool in Smyrna could not fix it, Mac at Crawford was able to. Auto Cool's repair lasted about a year and failed to work. We brought the car back, and this time it stopped working a week later. When we went back again we were told there is nothing they could do because of the age of the car. Well, Mac fixed it, and that was five years ago!!!

The Jeep passed Emission Testing a week later (yeah!) and is running well. We still "heard a noise" and brought it back for another inspection. The Wright Team inspected the Jeep and determined that an inexpensive repair by the former owner (strut assembly) was causing the noise. They determined it was not a safety issue and advised we could wait, or repair. I appreciated their honesty as my goal is to provide my youngest daughter with a safe vehicle to use in College. Wright could easily have told me "it's a safety issue" and I would have paid for the repair but they were honest, and they have earned my business for many, many years. If you need an honest and very capable repair shop, THIS is the place.

When I was shopping for a car, I brought a vehicle in for a general inspection. I scheduled the day beforehand, and although I was advised that it would be better to bring the vehicle in first thing in the morning, I was unable to do so because I couldn't get ahold of it until noon. I made the receptionist aware of this, and he scheduled my appointment for the afternoon. I brought the vehicle in at the agreed time the following day and called an hour and a half later for a simple ETA on the inspection. I was not rude or aggressive in any way, yet the owner David took it upon himself to rudely tell me that he had not looked at it, would get to it when he could, and that this wouldn't have happened if I had just bought it in first thing in the morning, even though I made it clear to the receptionist a day beforehand that I wouldn't have the vehicle that early. Heated and irrational, I decided to leave a two-star review on Google about David's rudeness. Admittedly, this was not a wise decision, but at the same time, how could I have known that he keeps a sharp eye out for bad reviews when he's supposedly swamped with work? Sure enough, I get a call from him demanding that I take it down. I refused and decided to just go get my car, ignoring the angry, long-winded text he sent me, in which he said he would no longer do any of the non-existent repairs on a vehicle I had brought in for a general inspection. When I arrived at the shop, he refused to give up my keys, physically holding on to them and actually snatching them out of my reach when I tried to get them back. I could have called the police since he legally had no right to withhold my vehicle, but I had more pressing matters to attend to. He gave up the keys and glared at me as I left, leaving me in absolute awe of the unprofessionalism I experienced. I regret writing that first review for sure, as it was purely reactionary, but if they had simply told me they were fully booked and could not accept my appointment, then none of this would have happened. David might be a great auto mechanic, judging by the many perfect reviews his company has, but it is clear to me that he becomes quite rude and aggressive towards customers whenever he's in the wrong. If you look at some of the other one-star reviews here and on Google and see how he replies to them, you'll see what I mean. Somehow, some way, it's always the customers' fault when something goes wrong. Never his.
