I purchased my 06 Volvo V70R and the previous owner trashed the inside. My OCD was pinging on the 3 hr drive back to Sacramento, coffee stains, dirt on the center console, crumbs and fench fries in between the seats, 3 inches if dirts on the dash, grease on the audio knobs..carpets and lether not conditioned ever probably.. it was a mess. . Tim was a referral from another detailer I have used in the past and he told me I would not be disappointed in his work. I met with Tim 2 days after purchasing the vehicle and he could tell I needed his expertise after he looked at the inside. I got the car back after a day and I was very impressed and happy with the work performed and I was a relieved to see that the interior was salvageable and actually not as bad as shape as it seemed with all the dirt and grime. Unfortunately the Volvo Nordkap interior on these cars is very sensitive and if not taken care properly from the start it can wear very fast. The previous owner failed and my front seats are trashed but Tim was able to bring some life back to them with his work. WOW! Just retrieved my Tesla Model 3 from getting a ceramic coating. Completely amazing! When I took delivery of the car from Tesla I immediately noticed many paint defects such as dust, divots, and scratches. It's widely known that Tesla's paint application has been horrible. I was worried that this would get worse over time. After careful research, I decided on getting a ceramic coating and contacted Transparent Auto about the process. I was impressed with their knowledge and process, as well as being able to cure the ceramic to the car and wheels in the shop. I'm going to post some pictures, but the results are perfect! Tim did a great job detailing the inside and outside of my 2012 Prius. It was previously owned by a rancher so it had been driven off-road, had deep scratches, dirt inside and out, had never been waxed, and just needed some TLC. The promotional price for ceramic coating is just too good to pass up so I ended up getting my 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia and wifes Mazda CX-9 ceramic coated. Nice location, and Tim greeted me and explained to me his process before taking my keys to fill in the scratch, and even it out. To begin, Tim is a great guy! I needed my headlights cleaned because I had a trip coming up. I called him and he was able to squeeze me in before he started work on another car. This was very impressive because he is a one man operation. Not only did he do a great job on my headlights (see picture), but he was able to get me in and out. He said it would take approximately 1-1.5 hours and he was correct. I haven't had any detailing work done, but if I need it, I would definitely come here. He's also a nice guy and easy to talk to about the work and the process needed for the car. Some of the best service I've dealt with! Discovered Tim when I was in desperate need of mold removal. His response and actions were immediate, as soon as i met him I knew I could trust him and that he would take care of me. We had to go through my insurance company and we all know how that can go. Tim did a chrome delete on my 2017 Audi A4. This was very intricate job which required front bumper removal. Tim was able to get quality work done within 1 day of dropping it off. My last two hand washes were with Tim, and I had a bad experience. I bought my car in for a wash in early July and I mentioned to Tim that the car was recently ceramic coated, and he assured me that he would be extra careful with the car. I got the car back and upon examination at home, I noticed the car was still dirty and had a bunch of water spots (I should have checked it at the shop, but I was in a rush). I informed Tim and he let me know that he was being gentle with the car because it was newly ceramic coated and that he knows I am picky. I appreciate him being gentle, but I paid $40 for a clean car, and it was still dirty. Moreover, he told me to come back in two weeks and he will take care of me, so I went back at the end of July. The car was significantly cleaner this time around, but due to the lighting and the position of the sun, I was unable to see the scratches that he had created from the wash. A week or so later, I had the time to fully examine the car, in the bright afternoon sun, and I noticed a crazy amount of scratches - some being over a foot long. I contacted Tim to let him know and to try to find a resolution. He admitted that the scratches are probably from the last wash. He informed me that he "applied more pressure this time as since the last wash the car was still dirty." I asked him how he was going rectify the issue and he mentioned that he can wax the car to "mitigate" some of the scratches. You would think that he would do the job for free since he caused the scratches in the first place, but no ... he wanted me to pay to repair the damages that he caused. Not telling anyone to not go here, but just wanted everyone to know my experience and to be careful. read more
