I'm long overdue for a review! Victor has been wonderful, and I love how transparent, knowledgeable, and thorough he is. He has taken good care of my last Honda accord and current Mazda CX5. The first time I brought my car in to fix an engine light issue with my oxygen sensor on my Honda accord, he helped recommend a better brand and was honest and helpful. I now have brought my CX5 to him multiple times already for his expert opinion on different issues and for regular maintenance. He's always very responsive, easy to get a hold of, and willing to share his knowledge and expertise. Recently, I brought in a long list of items to be fixed from the dealership, and he was honest in what he thought needed to be done more urgently vs not, and his prices were also much more reasonable. Our car broke down on the road because of the alternator. Kyle and the rest of the team went out of their way to search for a replacement last minute. They stayed two and a half hours past closing just so we could get back on the road and make it back to SoCal before the end of the day. I just got my F150 and of course with any new toy, you're going to want to make it more unique to your own personality. So naturally the first thing I ordered was a new grille with amber lights and an LED switch back DRLs. I must have contacted at least 5-9 different shops in the area and all of their prices varied based off of just general things and not necessarily particular to my situation. Vic reached back out to me and immediately I felt the vibe from the guy and was compelled to bringing my truck to his shop. He had given me what I thought was a fair quote but was very transparent that he wanted to see the truck in person before giving me the true estimate. He had reassured me that any work that will be done has to be approved prior or else they wouldn't work on the truck, essentially that's what I wanted, to be able to decide if I wanted to continue the job or not which was great. Let me tell you guys, this shop is OUTSTANDING!! Andrew, the other owner, was really receptive when we arrived and he took care of us and basically had great cohesion with everything Vic said so I could tell that they definitely take each client seriously and do care about each. Hao was the gentleman who worked on the body part of the truck and this guy took extreme caution right from the get go, could tell how meticulous he was. Vic himself did the wiring and everything came out as expected. Perfectly. To top it all off, the bill was RIDICULOUSLY DECENT for all of the work they did for me and then some! Coming back to leave another review because Vic is great! My engine light and TPMS light came on and I got quoted over $3k in repairs at another auto shop. Mind you, I own an older car (2008 Honda Civic) and couldn't justify spending that much on repairs. I went to Vic for a second opinion and he gave me a much more affordable quote. I appreciated how he focused on the most urgent problems and didn't overcharge me. He is honest and actually cares about making sure people aren't taken advantage of at these auto shops. Contacted Victor for an estimate on installing a levelling kit on my Ram Rebel and he responded within 30 minutes! I usually install parts myself but he gave me a good estimate so all I had to do was wait for my parts to arrive. When they came in I set up a date, dropped the truck off in the morning and they were able to get to it later in the day and let me know it was ready to be picked up. Before leaving I checked to make sure everything looked good, all the parts were installed the correct way so I paid and was on my way! I've waited a few weeks to write this review to make sure everything is fine and happy to say - it's been great. Got a new front bumper for my 2006 Infiniti G35 for $450. As you can see, it turned out really well. Pros - I'm super happy with final result. I bought the urethane bumper from ebay and delivered it to them with the car. I really like the result - work hard - they worked super hard to try match the color and even called in some paint specialist to help them try match the color. In the end, an exact match was apparently very difficult given the car has been repainted a few times but they were open and great about this - professional outfit - they're obviously skilled at what they do - gave me lots of tips and just chatted for a while - I was able to walk around, have a chat about some cool cars sitting in the shop and was even offered some tires on the cheap - Victor was pretty responsive (all times of night too) on Yelp Cons - times given are approximate (appointments, "done" times were estimates). For the first appointment, person coming to meet me was pretty late to the appointment. When I came to pick the car up at the allotted time, I find out there were still a few hours before they would finish. Meant wasted time off and extra uber/lyft rides read more

I brought my 2015 toyota tundra for a repair work on my right rear wheel barring and speed sensor. During the process, I asked for a second opinion involving the condition of the differential assembly carrier and the left wheel barring. I got an honest opinion throughout. I provided all the oem parts for them and they fixed my truck! Although it took some time to get my truck back, they made sure the task was done correctly! Getting the parts had plenty to do with the delay as well. Earlier in the year, the differential carrier was on national back order. I had to do extensive research. Nonetheless, the vehicle is up and running! I'm very happy with the results! I will definitely bring my truck back here for future services! Did I mention they washed my truck upon retrieving it?
