This DID NOT occur. When I went on vacation I installed a Ring camera. Well, apparently we paid $150 for him to clean the debris off the top, check the skimmer basket, and sometimes check the chemicals. This is a $75 service that he charged us $150 for. One day during the summer he was in and out in under 5 minutes. That is not quality service. Not worth $150 a month. Please be ware when hiring as he doesn't actually do the work he says he will.

I have dogs and need consistent communication and some who's punctual about the gate. I have had issues with other services leaving the gate open or not communicating with me. The gentleman from pinks is great ! He consistently communicates with me about when he is coming or not. We now have a system and he knows to keep me in the loop and text me about scheduling so I can ensure my dogs are safe. Nick is an early bird and arrived on time, is professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about pool pumps and pool systems. Nick quickly assessed the issues and provided recommendations and solutions to repair/update my pool system. Nick was able to reconfigure my pool system pipes, which the other companies did not correct even when instructed to do so, so now my new pool system works amazingly and allows for easy and quick access to all of the pipes and filters. They told me they have been trying to give Paradigm a chance to get this pool back in shape as there was algae build up in the pool all summer and have not been able to swim. It has been one excuse or another why this pool looks like this. He kept telling my tenants he would come back to get this pool cleaned but why didn't he do during his so called weekly service?! I spoke with him yesterday and sent him the pics, he said he was going to come by and "condition" the pool which is ridiculous because this pool needs chlorine shock! He never showed up. This pool has never looked like this since we owned this house (it is a rental) in 2011. This guy claims to be an expert in pools but as you can see in the pictures he is not! Unless you want to swim in a pool full of algae I would say find yourself another pool care service. Update: In response to Brandon's response - This leak was fixed on May 18, 2022. It is now August 9, 2022! He had almost 3 months to so called "condition" the pool and then says he did it for no charge....The pictures tell it all. I've been paying Paradigm monthly for a pool full of algae! This pool has been like this for two months according to the tenants. They haven't been able to spend time in the pool.
