Tyler scheduled a service call that was credited towards the work performed within one hour He suggested we change our sand and add some minerals to the water to make our pool care much easier. Within 24 hours or Pool has never looked better and it is much easier to care for we run our pump for less than half the amount of time previously and use a lot less chemicals. It started off with a small red flag when he quoted me a price based off my size and increased $15 per month once he came out but we still hired him. Weeks later he didn't show up and when I texted him to inquire he called me and we had a verbal Conversation that didn't go well! I asked him what happen to him over the holiday weekend and he got very very defensive saying I'm the only customer that question him. His arrogance was unmatched! It was unbelievable. He said he was having a bad day but I don't think that's a valid reason to be unprofessional. He was unapologetic when I explained to him that we are new customers and didn't know this policy (because he didn't tell us) that he would take off but charge us for the week. We don't know the holiday observed! Seems he would have let us know. Also if planning to take time off a great customer service person would had offered to come on a different day to still service his clients being he would take off the actual Holiday which was my near service date Thursday ! In my opinion you just don't take off and charge clients when your not servicing them, secondly we should be made aware! Once we hung up he texted and He apologized for his behavior and even offered to discount next month! Seemed pretty Genuine at first glance- but next day said texted to say he longer services my area and left us high and dry. And obviously blocked us! I believe he didn't wanted us as customers and his apology was a ploy to in the end have the last childislaugh! It's not ok to treat ppl this way and his unprofessional should be made aware to all future clients as a heads up! Update: so I just noticed he post part of a text message conversation ( misleading) to contradict my review regarding his dis service to us so let me post it all. Regarding Adam's knowledge and how helpful he was during our conversation which was so much better than my service with current pool service company that I was with the last 10 yrs that I ended up switching my pool service to Adam's pool service. He drained my pool and refilled and started me out with new water and chemicals to help remedy my mustard algae and calcium buildup issues.
