We had our pool put in by a major company here in Modesto and they forgot to acid wash the pebble sheen so the color was a patchy sky blue finish with black stripes and looked horrible when Healthy Pools came out, emptied the pool did a terrific acid wash job, and now the original color that we ordered and payed 8000$ more has its intended dark ocean blue coloring finally Juan is super kind and easy to talk to. My pool had a nasty infestation of black algae. I struggled for a couple of weeks shocking, brushing vigorously and hitting it with algaecide, but not much progress. I got in contact with Juan and he came out, drained the pool, pressure washed and hit all the algae with liquid chlorine wash, then balanced the chems, tuned my pump for optimum performance and got everything dialed in. Juan was great with all my pool questions n concerns. He look n inspected everything I asked him to, gave me a great price. I had him fix everything that was broken. He is an honest man, main pump was stuck w palm berries n he told me he don't like taking them apart bcus they start leaking after u take em apart. The other option was to get a new pump ($1200 ) He said u know what I'll take it apart n do my best to make sure it won't leak after since thats the cheaper option. Sure enough, he fixed it n the pump didn't leak! Even tho his ad says no more new costumers, I'm glad I reached out to him anyways. Saved me tons of money. Highly recommended.
