As our appetizer, we ordered fried pickles wrapped in corned beef with swiss, served with thousand island dressing. Holy sheit. This seriously had to be one of the best things that ive ever had lol If I came to this place alone and didn't care about people judging me... I would have ordered about 10 more plates of this stuff. SO yum lol For an entree, he ordered a burger that was the size of a full grown mans face with sweet potato fries. His silence during his meal meant that he thoroughly enjoyed it lol I ordered... wait for it...... a grilled cheese with perogis in it.......who comes up with this stuff. It was amazing. It came with fresh cut fries that were also the bomb.com 4 thumbs up!

We sat at the bar and Mike, our bartender was so much fun that we totally lost track of time! All the staff we met as they passed behind the bar were super nice and friendly. There is a lovely little side patio that was reminiscent of pubs in Europe. Unfortunately, it was too hot and humid to sit outside. The interior was warm and cozy. Our server was very friendly and pleasant and when she was on a short break, the bartender came over to clear our plates. We ordered wings and veggies and they were perfectly cooked and delicious. The reason I'm giving 4 stars rather than 5 is that they were a bit on the salty side. I will return to this delightful establishment.

The waitress said almost everything is house made. The burgers were hand packed with a grilled bun. So good. The interior is all old wood trimmed and bookcases to make an old pub feel. Law books and jesters on the shelfs. Nice place If I ever come back this way I will make this a stop!

Service is hit or miss but our waitress last night was lovely. We dined in around 730 pm and were greeted and sat quickly. We got kids meals, the Thai chicken bites appetizer, Stuffed Beef Yorkie (my fave!) and Fish & Chips. All hot, fresh and flavourful which is hard to come by it seems. For a family of four with appetizer & meals it's around $100 which I find reasonable when the food is tasty! Nothing worse than spending $150 and the food and service were awful. Only reason I gave 4 stars is the interior could use a deep clean. The benches have a velvet fabric and are just super stained and feel dirty, menus not the cleanest. Honestly a good wipe down of the place would go a long way. Won't deter us from coming back though, quite the gem here in the Beamer!

Weather was nice so we sat out on the patio with 2 of 9 tables empty. Patio was a nice option. Seating is adjacent to the parking lot and near a busy road but hanging plants and market lights made it not so noticeable. We were greeted promptly and offered drinks. We were looking for iced tea but it wasn't on the menu. We were offered hot tea that we could put into a glass of ice and decided to go with a coke instead. Ordered beef dip with fries and grilled chicken wrap with a side salad. Both were tasty and ample sized. Salad was more than basic including cucumbers, tomatoes, onions and sweet peppers. Most of the patio emptied out and then service slowed as well. We ran out of drinks and then also had to go inside to request the check. Pleasant place and would recommend.

Boo's Bar & Eatery is everything a roadside diner should be including: unassuming, uncomplicated,…read moreand comforting. This eatery has been around for many years and through generational and ownership changes. While it's just around the corner from Cave Springs Winery Store and some of the upscale shops in Jordan it's anything but upscale and very easy to drive right past. Don't. Not iif you're hungry and are looking for an affordable and uncomplicated menu in a well worn yet comfortable space. This is a roadside eatery, the menu comprises sandwiches, burgers, and all day breakfast. We stopped in after wine shopping and needed a late lunch. After perusing the menu we chose Bacon and Eggs and a toasted Western Sandwich. Both were well prepared, flavourful, and satisfying. My sole disappointment was that I didn't try the Poutine, especially as it's made with fresh Cheese Curds. The place is not large and contains maybe a dozen tables, this include freestanding tables and booths. The booths comprise diner classic wooden benches and melamine table surfaces. The roadside diner experience was capped off when we receive our hand written check. We left your cash tip on the table and paid our bill at the cash register. We will definitely be back.
