Website provides very detailed instructions, as well as tips for a successful application. The website has a downloadable application with helpful instructions. In addition, a checklist is provided to ensure that we mail everything needed in the initial packet. 2. Contact: I had a dew questions regarding the application and contacted US China Visa via email and telephone. We always received a quick response and helpful information. 3. Speed! The package was held for pickup at a FedEx location in Chicago. The package was picked up VERY QUICKLY, which speed up the application process. The case status was always updated on the website to reflect current status. Our application was processed in a quick manner and shipped back to us with plenty of time prior to our trip. 4. Price! 8/23/2022. Today, I…read morereceived a telephone call from John the co-owner of Corporate Travel. John wanted to apologize to us for the poor service we received from Corporate Travel since my original review was posted. John explained many areas of his business with his brother in law as a family business and how prior to the Pandemic, they had a thriving business with 100 employees. They had spent a great deal of money switching to an "off site" computer storage company that went out of business at the end of March 2020 after the shut down and lost a great bit of information with all those who were to be traveling, the postponements, not getting their monies back from all the commitments they had throughout Europe etc. None of that was my fault, but he wanted to let me know that basically their business had very little income if any income for those 2 years and yet somehow they were able to provide a service to us. I fully agreed. I think John told me that they had 18 employees now and that when they had to lay off their employees at the beginning of the Pandemic (some who had been long term employees) and that they reached out to other businesses to help ease this transition for these employees. Yes it was the Christian thing to do as John stated. I reiterated my points on how his company changed and still in my opinion, not for the better. The frustration level of receiving an email but not from anyone in specific! John knew nothing of this and was very sympathetic to our frustration. John wishes I would have reached out to him, in retrospect he is correct. For that I am sorry. That's why I am raising this review to a 4 stars. Even my wife said, that if the Diocese of Saginaw ever took another trip (possibly Rome or Jerusalem) that we would consider it if our friends (new friends from the Oberammergau trip or our good friends from Bay City) were going. Plus if I have concerns, now I have John's extension and he said that in the future if I have problems to give him a call. I surely will! Thank you John for reaching out, wish I had done the same.

Well.... how should I start this?…read more I met Shevone about three years ago. When she worked at a different travel agency and she has been my travel agent ever since. Our first experience, she sent us to Cancun for a bachelor party. It was the best time I have had in my life because of how well she put together our package. Our flights had no long layovers. We went direct from DTW to CAN. Also, how we were taken care of at our hotel is out of a storybook. They brought us amazing cocktails and apps to enjoy while checking in it was like we were in a lounge enjoying a good time and it's all because of the special touches of our travel agent. It's amazing how we were upgraded to suites because of Shevone and her relationship with the hotel. (She has A big client base and earns pull with big hotels to send her clients to) All in all I couldn't be more pleased with the way were treated and that was most important. So for VIP treatment I recommend this agency.
