Without details they cancelled one leg of four of the airfare and my deposit. I immediately called Carol's Travel, who informed me that is the worse thing to do. I called the credit card company and reversed it. We got it all straightened out and am waiting for the trip to be rescheduled. If you deal with a reputable company you have nothing to worry about!

All of the representatives in the office are world travelers who not only look for the best deal, but who also have expertise, recommendations, and insight into so many destinations. I have booked many vacations though out the years with this agency and in the last five years have booked group vacations through them. With the help and recommendations of Ms Janis Anne herself, our group of 20 plus have been able to share the most memorable vacations that words cannot explain. How nice is it to pick a place to vacation, sit back, and let them make the plans. They are there so you can enjoy. Our travel agent, Kari, worked so hard to make sure we still had a dream vacation. We ended up being able to stay longer for cheaper elsewhere once it was all said and done. She truly made a stressful scenario into a happy ending. Before we left, we all met together and she gave us a packet with literally anything and everything we needed- down to tips and tricks (like bringing dehumidifier bags- that really helped on our tropical vacation). I don't think we will ever go on a vacation again without Kari's help. She really made the process so simple. I told her when, where, and how long, and she handled the rest in record time. I'd highly recommend using all about vacations!

He arrived early both ways, and responded quickly to my text messages. Limo was clean, new, and comfortable. He didn't race along, just went with the flow of traffic, felt nice and secure on I-94 & the Dan Ryan. Coming back from the trip, our train was 4 hours late arriving. William kept in communication with us via text, and was right there when our train finally got in. Price was considerably less than the other two limo companies that I got quotes from. Also, originally we were going to get picked up from Chicago Union Station, and we changed it to Homewood two days before before we left. There was no charge, and the person on the phone at Americar shuttle changed the reservation quickly, courteously, and no change in price. They seem very flexible and customer oriented.

Awful. Driver picked up myself and my daughter this week to take to airport. Drove 45 mph on…read moreexpressway, while way, people were passing left and right., couldn't keep his eyes open, kept rolling down his window trying to wake himself up, hit a vape while driving.... Also slumped on wheel while driving. I Wanted nothing more than to get out of that minivan as quick as possible. Was charged gratuity already and I brought extra cash to tip him which I def did not. I should receive gratuity back as well. Will tell everyone I can.
