Called at 11 am for a 1 pm pick up to go to a drs office for a follow up on eye surgery, Got an automatic call that they were out front and no one was there, I called dispatch and they told me they would have the cab call me, nothing. Idk how these other people are giving this place 5 stars when this happened 4 out of the 7 times I used this service. And Forget about getting picked up anywhere between 2 30pm and 4pm cause they are all contracted out to pick up school kids. Horrible service read more

Scheduled a week in advance for an airport ride from Oak Lawn to MDW. Have used them in the past with no problem. It was scheduled to arrive early like 5am. Im waiting. Finally at 5:10 I call and no answer. Call again, again. Nothing. I finally couldn't wait and was luckily able to get an Uber. Picked me up at about 5:25 and got to MDW with about an hour to spare. I left a message asking them to call back. I was livid but just wanted to know what happened. As I said, I had used them in the past with no problem. Never got a call back. Called when I returned and got the dispatcher/owner who I scheduled with and who had driven me in the past. As soon as I explained I was the person who left the message, he hung up. This was awhile back but just leaving a review now. Careful. You get what you pay for. read more

In a way, I wish that these guys were not that geographically restricted to the SW suburbs. They have saved my ass and rescued me from being stranded on more than one occasion. This cab company is reliable and you would be hard pressed to find any other company that would even come close to match them. When you order a cab, it will be there when they say they will be there. If they are going to be more than a few minutes late, they will give you a call and let you know. The cab drivers are very friendly and courteous. If you have the ability to pay, they will take you to Iowa City if you needed to get there. They are also happy to stop at a drive thru, or a convenience store. read more

Divine intervention on wheels! These guys have come to my rescue on more than one occasion. The other night a group of about four of my friends and I wanted to hit a bunch of local brewpubs, but no one was willing to drive. These guys were so cool, and they sent the same cab driver to each location to take us to the next. The cab driver was awesome about the whole thing, and even suggested a few places. And he also helped each of our inebriated selves out of the cab and to our front doors. I think these guys definitely deserve speed dial status on my phone! read more

Yes this is a good cab company. I have them programed in my phone and would use them in a pinch. The guy who answers the phone needs to get a personality. Luckily he doesn't drive the cabs. read more

The drivers are great, but the guy who answers the phone is a nightmare. He consistently lies to customers about how long it will take to get a cab. Most of the time, I don't care. I just don't want to hang out in the front of the house waiting. Two times in a row I was told 15 minutes, and it was 55 minutes and 50 minutes. The driver told me he does that because he doesn't want you to call another cab company. I wouldn't do that anyway, but it's really annoying and the only reason I don't give it a better rating. read more

I had called 45 minutes ahead of time and because of a shift change she had to pick up a different cab from another company that was cheaper and more reliable. if we didn't call to figure out where they were she would have been sitting there for at least an hour in -20 degree weather. read more

I call this cab company for pick up. To be told by the driver that he needs to be paid before we even go anywhere! Then I tell him well how can I paid you if idk even know the charge? He then says I'll give you your change back! Wtf? Yeah right! Well I'm like I have my bank card, he tells me only cash! Like what year are we in where ppl can't use credit cards to pay for things! I tell him that there is a bank right by my house. I'll pull out the cash for him. He tells me no and tries to drop me off where he found me lol I tell him it's fine. I'll just get off here! I call the company to tell them that there Driver couldn't drop me off because he needed cash and maybe then can explain that to there customers. The guy who I spoke with tells me who cares? Well wtf I do! Thanks for wasting my time and your driver for coming out for nothing! Poor customer service! I would never use them again!! Only reason I give 1 star was because I had too. read more

Notorious for promising to take upwards of an hour because 'they are busy" when in fact they really have too few drivers to handle the number of calls they may get on even the slowest of days or late evening hours and not honest enough to say they can't handle the business. My experience is that they routinely call after having you wait over an hour stating they are "five minutes away" which has on more than one occasion turned into another 45 minute wait and requires you to call again as they will not call to even give a courtesy acknowledgement they have screwed up twice already. If you call to complain about what happened to the cab after the 45 min wait becomes an hour and half and still counting the dispatcher will state they are short a driver (every time? I've experienced it and heard others complain about this going as far back as six years ago). The traffic in the area is not the problem as this has happened in fair dry weather on off peak driving hours. The traffic lights are spaced a mile apart and traffic in the area generally runs over the posted limits of 35mph from light to light even on busy "rush hours" excepting inclement weather. My opinion is that they take customers for granted because the SW suburbs in Chicago have very limited options for cab companies. Although places like Oak Lawn and Burbank border the city of Chicago and lie within a 25 minute bike ride of Midway Airport. Their bread and butter customers generally daytime senior citizen shoppers who will tolerate cab service based on calendar dates than them ETA's and the odd airport run. Evening and late night runs are generally either locals bar hopping or METRA train commuters in no particular hurry. Today after waiting nearly two hours (Initially a promise of 45 min to 1 hour then getting a call that they were 5 minutes away which turned into another 35 minutes). I had to resort to calling their main rival in the area (McNamara Cab). A cab from McNamara arrived in 15 minutes and I was literally pulling up to my home 2 miles away in under 10 minutes when they called to say they had finally arrive to pick up. No apology no remorse, just a statement "Oh gone already?" and a hang up. read more

Don't chance it. Put my wife in a Chicago Ridge Cab to O'Hare, she called 20 minutes later pulled over on I-294, cab had a flat. OK, these things happen. Suddenly she & driver realized simultaneously, THERE WAS NO SPARE!! Driver said "Another cab will be here (I-294 shoulder) in 15 minutes." Yeah right. So to insure she'd make her flight, I jumped into MY car (I was ill) & sped to their location. (I-294 near I-55 junction) They were still there! WHY WOULD A COMPANY PUT A TAXI ON THE ROAD W/ NO SPARE TIRE?!! It gets better. After driving wife & luggage to O'Hare myself, barely in time, I saw my way back home, HE WAS STILL ON THE SHOULDER, trunk still open, 45 minutes later yet! I pulled over to the median shoulder & took a pic, so there'd be no doubt. Driver was courteous, equally horrified, refused $20 my sweet wife tried to tip him.
